Sermorelin for Women, Ranked

Sermorelin isn’t marketed by sex the way some hormone therapies are, but demand for it clearly is: a real share of the people searching for it are women asking whether the benefits, the dosing, and the side-effect profile they’ve read about apply to them specifically. Most provider pages don’t answer that question at all — they run one generic page for every visitor.

We ranked the sellers here on how directly they address that gap: whether the intake asks anything sex-specific, whether the marketing copy talks past women entirely, and whether pricing or dosing differs from what the seller quotes everyone else. Where a seller has nothing distinct to say to a woman considering sermorelin, that’s a finding worth knowing before you start an intake, not a reason to leave the seller off the list — several of the best priced, best sourced options here simply don’t segment by sex, and that’s a fair trade for some buyers.

As with every board on this site, pricing is the real month-to-month rate and partners are labeled as such. The evidence position doesn’t change by audience either: sermorelin is a compounded GHRH analog with a body of trial data that’s thinner than the marketing around it, for men and women alike.

The shortlist

24 providers, side by side

This is the full verified list, and the reason is itself the finding: no seller whose sermorelin pricing we have read publishes a sex-specific protocol, a sex-specific dose, or a different price for women. Filtering the board down would have meant inventing a distinction the market does not draw. Each row shows the lowest month-to-month figure that seller publishes across its own formats.

What the trial evidence says about women specifically

This is the part worth reading before the table. The only placebo-controlled trial of sermorelin in adults with real, non-biomarker outcomes ran five months in 19 people aged 55 to 71, ten of them women. It reported its results split by sex, and the split is not favorable.

Skin thickness increased significantly in both sexes. Lean body mass increased in men only. General well-being and libido improved in men only. Sleep quality was unaffected in both. Bone mineral density did not move in either. In other words: on every body-composition and quality-of-life measure the trial tested, the women in it saw no benefit the placebo group did not.

That is one trial of nineteen people from 1997, and it has not been replicated in the years since — so it is not proof that sermorelin does nothing for women. It is the entirety of what has been measured, which is a different and more useful thing to know. A seller quoting benefits to a female audience is quoting something other than this, and it is reasonable to ask what. The full evidence write-up has the numbers and the citations.

One practical note the sellers mostly do not make: growth-hormone secretagogues are not appropriate in pregnancy or while breastfeeding, and none of the intake forms we have seen leads with that. If either applies to you, that is a conversation to have with a clinician before an intake form, not after one.

How we judge sellers

  • Evidence qualityDoes the format this provider sells have human data behind it, and do they state a dose that the evidence could even be applied to?
  • Price transparencyCan you find what it costs and what that buys — the price, the milligrams, the pharmacy, the states served — before creating an account?
  • Value for moneyWhat you pay against what you receive, compared only with sellers of the same format on the same billing unit.

We never show a fabricated price or rating, and access notes appear only where a provider publishes them. Pricing and availability change often — confirm current details on the provider’s own site.

Common questions

Does sermorelin work differently in women?
In the only placebo-controlled adult trial, yes, and not in women's favor. Across 19 adults over five months, lean body mass rose in men only, and general well-being and libido improved in men only. Skin thickness rose in both sexes. Sleep quality was unaffected in both, and bone mineral density did not move in either. No trial since has revisited the question, so that split is the whole of the published evidence.
Is the dose different for women?
No seller whose pricing we have verified publishes a sex-specific dose, and the literature does not supply one either — the adult trial dosed by body weight at 10 micrograms per kilogram nightly for everyone in it. Commercial protocols commonly advertise a flat 200 to 300 micrograms a night regardless of who is taking it, which is well above the tested range for most people.
Which sellers actually address women's protocols?
None of them distinctly, on the pages we have read. Every seller on this board runs one generic sermorelin page and one generic intake. That is a finding rather than an oversight on our part, and it is why the board is not filtered — narrowing it would have meant asserting a distinction the market does not draw.
Can you take sermorelin while pregnant or breastfeeding?
This is a question for a clinician before any intake form, not one to resolve from a comparison page. Growth-hormone secretagogues are not appropriate in pregnancy or lactation, and the seller intake forms we have seen do not lead with that. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
How is this list ordered?
By a published rubric — evidence quality, price transparency and value for money — which cannot read whether we earn a commission. 2 sellers are partners on this board today, sorted first and labeled Partner — the one respect in which the ordering is commercial. Every other seller here is ranked purely on the published rubric, which cannot see commercial status either way. Because this board mixes formats, the price shown is the lowest month-to-month figure each seller publishes across its own products.
