Sermorelin Picks

AlyveRX review

By Nora Vance · Updated October 2026

Low entry price, few details

AlyveRX sells compounded sermorelin from $129 a month as a weekly injection, with a 5 mL vial and a home kit included. Fast, free shipping is the selling point; detail on dose and billing is thin.

Our verdict

AlyveRX is one of the cheaper ways to start sermorelin online, with no insurance needed and delivery promised within 48 hours of approval. The page says little about strength, plan terms or who prescribes, and some of its copy is borrowed from weight loss.

What it is

AlyveRX, which also calls itself Alyve, is a cash-pay telehealth brand that sells weight-loss drugs, sexual health products and an anti-aging line. Its calling card is PermeAct, an absorption technology it uses in under-the-tongue drops. Compounded Sermorelin is an injection, sold with a 5 mL vial and a home kit. A sermorelin under-the-tongue drop is listed as coming soon and cannot be ordered yet. Prescriptions come from AlyveRX's network of partner physicians. The company behind it, Alyve, Inc., describes itself as a managed services organization. It does not employ the doctors; independent licensed providers make every medical decision. You must be 18 or older and located in a state where those providers are licensed.

How it works

There are three steps. You take an online assessment covering your health history, lifestyle and goals. A licensed provider reviews it and recommends a treatment plan. If you are approved, the medication is delivered to your door, and AlyveRX says that takes less than 48 hours. Shipping is free and expedited. Insurance is not needed. The page describes the product as a weekly injection, which differs from the nightly schedule many sermorelin prescribers use. Ask your provider how often you will inject and how long the 5 mL vial lasts. Customer quotes on the page praise quick support replies and provider follow-up. Orders are filled through AlyveRX's network of licensed and compounding pharmacies. Its terms also let you ask for the prescription to go to a pharmacy of your choice.

Pricing transparency

The price reads "From $129/mo." That is a low entry point for compounded sermorelin, but the word "from" means some options cost more, and the page does not show what they are. It does not say whether $129 needs a longer commitment. Its terms say subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time in your account settings or through support, before the next billing date. Charges are generally non-refundable once an order is processed. The exceptions are damage, loss in transit, or a treatment that becomes unavailable. In that last case you may get a prorated refund on the unshipped part of a prepaid plan, within 30 days. At $129 a month, three months come to $387, six to $774 and a year to $1,548. AlyveRX is cash-pay only and does not bill insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. The coming-soon sublingual drops are listed from $154 a month, so the needle-free version will cost more once it launches. Free expedited shipping and the home kit are included. There is no stated membership fee.

Branded vs compounded

There is no FDA-approved sermorelin on the US market. AlyveRX's FAQ says compounded medications are prepared for each patient and are not reviewed or approved by the FDA. The pharmacy is not named. The vial size is stated, 5 mL, but not its strength, so you cannot tell how much sermorelin a month buys or compare it with other sellers. The benefits section is copied from weight loss and talks about losing 10 percent of body weight, which is not what sermorelin is prescribed for. Judge the product on what your provider tells you, not on that section. The safety page lists the common side effects as mild fatigue or dizziness early on, and pain, redness or swelling at the injection site. Less common ones include itching, flushing, headache, drowsiness and restlessness. Sermorelin is not for anyone pregnant, breastfeeding or with active cancer. Steroids such as prednisone can blunt it, and thyroid medication can muddy lab monitoring, so share your full medication list.

The evidence behind what AlyveRX prescribes

We grade the molecules, not the marketing. Here is what the human data actually shows for each thing on their menu.

  • Does sermorelin work? What the trials actually measured

Sermorelin reliably makes your pituitary release growth hormone. Beyond that the evidence is one placebo-controlled trial in 19 adults from 1997 — lean body mass up in men only, nothing in women, and no effect on sleep in either.

  • Is Sermorelin FDA-Approved? The Real Answer

Sermorelin was FDA-approved once, under a different name, and that approval is gone. What is sold today is compounded — which is legal, but not the same thing as approved.
