How it works
First you fill out a health profile covering your history, medications and goals, which takes about 10 to 15 minutes. Depending on the treatment, YOURx may ask for baseline labs at a local lab or with an at-home kit. Its treatments list flags lab work for glutathione but not for sermorelin. Next comes a 30-minute video visit with a board-certified physician, who reviews your profile, answers questions and designs your plan. Most patients get their prescription within 24 to 48 hours of that visit. After the intake, YOURx emails a secure link to add a credit card, which it keeps on file. Once the prescription reaches the pharmacy, YOURx says processing takes up to a day and shipping one to five days more. Pricing transparency
Sermorelin costs $165 a month. The price covers the physician consultation, supplies, shipping and ongoing support. There is no first-month offer, prepay plan or dose ladder on the page. The site FAQ says a scheduled refill subscription costs less than manual refills, but it shows no second price, so ask what you would pay. YOURx does not take insurance. You can pause or cancel the subscription before your next shipment in the patient portal. Its billing terms promise that checkout shows the renewal price and frequency before you pay. The plan renews automatically until you cancel, and a cancellation has to land before the next billing date to stop that charge. YOURx says you are not charged for a refill until the medication has been processed. Refunds are narrow. Dispensed medication cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged or wrong, reported within 30 days. Consultation and membership fees are not refunded once the service is given.
