What it is

LevelUp Rx is an online telehealth marketplace that treats a long list of conditions, from erectile dysfunction and hair loss to weight loss, TRT, NAD+ and sermorelin. It connects patients with independently licensed providers through its patient portal, and does not dispense medication itself. Sermorelin is sold as an injection only. LevelUp Rx describes it as a peptide that prompts the pituitary to release your own growth hormone, rather than replacing it the way growth hormone shots do. Like all sermorelin sold in the US today, it is compounded for each patient and not FDA-approved. LevelUp Rx says compounded prescriptions on its platform come from licensed 503A pharmacies.

How it works

You choose sermorelin, pick a one- or three-month supply, add it to your cart and answer a short online health questionnaire. A US-licensed doctor reviews it, usually within about 24 hours. Some states require a video visit or live chat, and the doctor will contact you if yours does. Patients in California, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Vermont are assigned to two named physicians. You may be asked for a photo ID and a picture of yourself, which LevelUp Rx says state rules require. You must be 18 or older. Service is US-only, and any state limits for a therapy are confirmed during intake. If you are prescribed, the order ships free from an affiliated pharmacy by rush no-contact delivery, so no signature is needed. You can also ask for the prescription to go to a local pharmacy, though LevelUp Rx cannot guarantee that price. Support runs through a phone line, an email address and tickets in your account.

Pricing transparency

A one-month supply is $195, and a three-month supply is $575. The longer plan works out to only a few dollars a month less, so it mainly saves you reordering. The consultation is free in most cases, and shipping is free. LevelUp Rx does not take insurance. You are billed when the medication ships, not when you sign up. Before each refill, LevelUp Rx says it contacts you and then charges your card. You can reorder or cancel at any time from your account, and you can change your address or card there before an order ships. Returns are not allowed. Once your card is charged and the package is with the carrier, the sale is final. If a package is lost in transit, LevelUp Rx reships it. If it arrives damaged, you contact the patient care team.

Branded vs compounded

The product page does not publish the vial size, strength or a standard dose. It says your doctor sets a custom dose based on your age, weight and situation. The suggested routine is one small injection into the fat under the skin at bedtime, with nothing to eat for two to three hours before. That timing matters because a meal raises insulin, which can blunt the growth hormone release sermorelin aims for. LevelUp Rx says better sleep, stamina and energy usually show up in the first few weeks, with fat loss and muscle changes by about month three. It frames sermorelin as a long-term therapy. LevelUp Rx lists two pharmacies that may fill prescriptions on its platform, one in Florida and one in Ohio. Its policy also says it does not currently ship refrigerated products.
