What it is

Aspire Health is a telemedicine practice run by a small, named team of physician assistants, nurse practitioners and support staff, with office hours on Central time. It treats weight loss, hormone replacement, sexual health, hair loss and skin. It also offers functional medicine, quick-care visits, peptides and supplements through Fullscript. Sermorelin is part of its peptides and health-enhancement line, delivered by injection under the skin. No tablet or nasal version is listed. Aspire says its sermorelin programs are personalized to your goals. It serves patients in several states and shows a map of where its providers are currently licensed. You must be in one of those states at the time of each visit. The phone line is staffed Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central time. Aspire pitches sermorelin for sleep, lean muscle, fat metabolism, thinking, skin elasticity and recovery, and its own disclaimer adds that results vary.

How it works

Getting started means scheduling a consultation through Aspire's online booking. Your visit happens by secure messaging, phone or video with one of its board-certified providers. The provider reviews your history, talks through your symptoms and builds a treatment plan. Aspire also runs its own lab-ordering service and a patient portal, so bloodwork can be part of the plan if your provider wants it. Refills are requested through the office. Aspire's general FAQ says you can choose automatic or manual refills. On automatic plans, the next order is placed ahead of time: about three weeks into a monthly plan, ten weeks into a three-month plan and 22 weeks into a six-month plan. Medication vials ship monthly. Aspire's terms add that every refill still needs provider review, and a provider may ask for a follow-up visit or new labs first. The pharmacy ships the medication, sometimes cold-packed. Be home to receive it and refrigerate it if told to, because the risk of loss passes to you once the carrier has it. Some shipments may need an adult signature.

Pricing transparency

Aspire doesn't post a sermorelin price. The sermorelin page ends at "Schedule Consultation", so you won't know the cost until you've spoken with the practice. Its general FAQ explains how billing works. Telemedicine visits aren't billed to insurance, though HSA and FSA payments are accepted. Compounded medications are billed up front, separately from any program membership. Once a compounded prescription has gone to the pharmacy, the charge can't be refunded. The consultation fee is generally not refunded once the visit happens, even if the provider decides sermorelin is not right for you. Missed or late-canceled appointments can forfeit that fee. Recurring programs can be canceled by email, effective at the end of the billing cycle, with no partial refunds. Medication is final once shipped unless the pharmacy or carrier made an error. Aspire offers financing through outside lenders such as Cherry. Before you book, ask for the visit fee, any membership fee, the medication price per month, and whether labs cost extra.

Branded vs compounded

Sermorelin isn't sold as an FDA-approved drug in the US, so Aspire's sermorelin is a compounded preparation made by a pharmacy. The site doesn't name the pharmacy or publish a dose or vial size. Aspire's own disclaimer says peptides and compounded medications haven't been evaluated or approved by the FDA, that they can carry risks or side effects, and that results vary. Because medication charges aren't refundable once sent to the pharmacy, confirm your dose and plan length before the prescription is filled.
