Liberty review
By Nora Vance · Updated October 2026
Low price, clear dosing plan
Liberty sells compounded sermorelin injections for $116 a month, or $99 a month on a three-month plan, with a free consult, free shipping and a published dosing schedule.
Our verdict
Liberty is one of the easier sermorelin injection programs to understand before you buy. The price is low, the consult is free, and the sermorelin page lays out the starting dose and how it climbs. The weak spots are the paperwork. Liberty does not name its pharmacy, it gives two different state counts, and its refund policy lists contact details that differ from the rest of the site.

What it is
Liberty is an Austin, Texas telehealth brand best known for weight-loss care, with semaglutide, tirzepatide, metformin and NAD+ alongside sermorelin. Its sermorelin is a compounded injection, shipped as freeze-dried powder that you mix at home. A licensed provider decides whether it suits you, and an accredited pharmacy fills the prescription. Liberty frames sermorelin as a way to prompt your own pituitary to make more growth hormone, rather than taking growth hormone itself. No oral or nasal form is offered.
How it works
You answer an online health assessment, which Liberty says takes under five minutes. A licensed provider then reviews your history, medications and goals and decides whether sermorelin is appropriate. There is no office visit, and the consult costs nothing. If you are prescribed, your kit ships in temperature-controlled packaging, usually within three to five days. It holds the powdered vials, bacteriostatic water, insulin syringes, alcohol swabs and written and video instructions. You inject under the skin about 30 minutes before bed. Your provider then tracks progress through scheduled follow-ups and adjusts the dose, and support is offered around the clock.
Pricing transparency
A single month costs $116, billed monthly. The three-month plan costs $296 up front, which works out to $99 a month and saves $52. Both include the consult, the medication kit and free shipping, and you are not charged until a provider prescribes. Liberty says you can cancel anytime. Its refund policy adds the fine print: cancel at least three business days before your next shipment, or that shipment is billed. Fees already paid for a subscription are not refunded. Unopened, sealed medication can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, which is more generous than most. Opened vials cannot be returned.
Branded vs compounded
Liberty publishes a sample dosing path, which most sermorelin sellers do not. You start at 200 mcg nightly for the first two weeks, move to 300 mcg for weeks three to six, then settle between 300 and 500 mcg. After about three months your provider sets a maintenance dose, and some patients cycle five nights on and two off. Once mixed, a vial should be refrigerated and used within about 30 days. Vial size is not listed, so you cannot yet tell how many vials a month includes. Liberty says the medication is compounded and not FDA-approved. Common side effects it lists are injection-site redness, flushing, early headaches, mild dizziness and passing joint stiffness.
Pros and watch-outs
What we like
- $116 a month, or $99 a month on a three-month plan
- Free consult, and no charge until you are prescribed
- Starting dose and step-up schedule published
- Kit includes vials, mixing water, syringes and swabs
- Unopened medication returnable within 30 days
- Ships in three to five days
Watch-outs

- Refund policy contact details differ from the site's
- Patient stories are about weight loss, not sermorelin
Best for
Price-conscious buyers who want a sermorelin injection with a clear dosing plan, a free consult and the option to save on three months. It also suits someone comfortable mixing a vial at home.
Who should look elsewhere
Shoppers who want to know the pharmacy behind their medication, or who need firm confirmation that their state is covered before starting. It is also not a fit if you want an oral or nasal form instead of a nightly injection.
The evidence behind what Liberty prescribes
We grade the molecules, not the marketing. Here is what the human data actually shows for each thing on their menu.
- Does sermorelin work? What the trials actually measured
Sermorelin reliably makes your pituitary release growth hormone. Beyond that the evidence is one placebo-controlled trial in 19 adults from 1997 — lean body mass up in men only, nothing in women, and no effect on sleep in either.
- Is Sermorelin FDA-Approved? The Real Answer
Sermorelin was FDA-approved once, under a different name, and that approval is gone. What is sold today is compounded — which is legal, but not the same thing as approved.
