TelePeptide review
By Nora Vance · Updated October 2026
Shot or troche, one price
TelePeptide sells compounded sermorelin as an injection or a sublingual troche for the same $159 a month, all-inclusive, with prepay plans that bring it down to $99 a month.
Our verdict
TelePeptide is a good pick if you have not decided between injections and a troche, because both cost the same. The price includes the clinician visit and shipping, you are refunded in full if not prescribed, and monthly billing has no commitment. What you will not find up front is a dose, a strength or a named pharmacy.

What it is
TelePeptide, which also goes by TelePep, is a direct-pay telehealth brand run by TelePeptide LLC. It covers GLP-1 weight loss, NAD+, hair loss and sermorelin. The company itself does not practice medicine. Prescribing is done by a contracted network of U.S.-licensed clinicians, whose medical group it will name on request. Sermorelin comes either as a self-administered injection under the skin or as a troche that dissolves under the tongue. TelePeptide states LegitScript certification and serves 48 states plus Washington, D.C., excluding Alaska and Mississippi.
How it works
You choose a plan, pay at intake and answer questions about your health history, medications and goals. A licensed clinician reviews your chart, typically within five hours. Depending on your state's law, that may be a chart review or a live audio or video consult. If you are prescribed, a licensed compounding pharmacy prepares the medication and ships it, usually arriving in three to five days. If you are not, the full charge is refunded to your card automatically. After that, follow-up visits, refill requests and messages with your care team all happen online. Standard shipping goes by UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail to a street address, not a PO box. Refrigerated orders travel overnight or two-day in insulated packaging with gel ice packs.
Pricing transparency
Sermorelin costs $159 a month on monthly billing, whether you choose the shot or the troche. Paying ahead lowers the rate: $654 up front for six months, about $109 a month, or $1,188 up front for a year, about $99 a month. There is no three-month option. Every tier includes the clinician evaluation, prescription, medication and shipping, with no separate consult fee. Monthly billing cancels anytime, effective at the next cycle. If you cancel a prepaid plan early, you get back the value of unshipped months minus a $25 administrative fee. Start monthly if you are unsure; you can switch to a longer plan after your consult. Renewals can be charged up to two days before the renewal date, so cancel a little early if you mean to stop. TelePeptide promises at least 15 days' notice of any rate change. It takes credit and debit cards only: no insurance, and HSA or FSA cards are not accepted yet.
Branded vs compounded
TelePeptide describes sermorelin as a growth hormone-releasing hormone analog. It does not promote it for bodybuilding, sports performance or appearance. The medication is compounded by U.S.-licensed 503A or 503B pharmacies and is not FDA-approved. Your clinician confirms the right program and sets the dose. Neither the strength of the troche nor the vial size of the injection is published, so you cannot compare how much sermorelin a month buys until you are prescribed. Ask your clinician about dose, timing and side effects at the consult.
Pros and watch-outs
What we like
- Injection or troche at the same $159 a month
- Drops to $109 or $99 a month on six- or 12-month prepay
- Clinician visit, medication and shipping included
- Full refund if you are not prescribed
- Monthly plan cancels anytime
- LegitScript certification stated
Watch-outs
- No dose, strength or vial size published
- Pharmacy not named
- No three-month plan
- $25 fee on early prepay refunds
- No HSA, FSA or insurance payments
- Not available in Alaska or Mississippi
Best for
Shoppers who want a needle-free troche option without paying more for it, and buyers ready to commit for six or 12 months to get the price under $110 a month.
Who should look elsewhere
Anyone who wants to see the dose and strength before paying, or who lives in Alaska or Mississippi. Prepaying is also a poor fit if you are unsure you will stay on sermorelin, given the cancellation fee.
The evidence behind what TelePeptide prescribes
We grade the molecules, not the marketing. Here is what the human data actually shows for each thing on their menu.
- Does sermorelin work? What the trials actually measured
Sermorelin reliably makes your pituitary release growth hormone. Beyond that the evidence is one placebo-controlled trial in 19 adults from 1997 — lean body mass up in men only, nothing in women, and no effect on sleep in either.
- Is Sermorelin FDA-Approved? The Real Answer
Sermorelin was FDA-approved once, under a different name, and that approval is gone. What is sold today is compounded — which is legal, but not the same thing as approved.

Frequently asked
- How much does sermorelin cost at TelePeptide?
- $159 a month with no commitment. Six months prepaid is $654, about $109 a month, and a year prepaid is $1,188, about $99 a month. The clinician visit, prescription, medication and shipping are included.
- Is the troche cheaper than the injection?
- No. TelePeptide charges the same price for the subcutaneous shot and the sublingual troche. Your clinician confirms the right program at the consult.
- What happens if I am not prescribed?
- You pay at intake, and if the clinician does not prescribe, the full amount is refunded to your card automatically.
- Can I cancel TelePeptide's sermorelin plan?
- Monthly billing cancels anytime from your patient portal or by email, effective at your next billing cycle. On a six-month or annual plan, you get back the pro-rated value of unshipped months, less a $25 administrative fee.
- What if my order arrives damaged or goes missing?
- TelePeptide replaces it at no cost. Photograph a damaged box before opening it and email the photos within 48 hours. Report a package marked delivered but not received within seven days. Delivered medication cannot be returned, because pharmacy law bars re-dispensing it.
- Can I get my first month refunded?
- Yes, if you ask within seven days of the first charge and the pharmacy has not yet compounded or shipped your order. Once medication is delivered, its cost is not refundable. Refund requests get a decision in five to 10 business days.
- How fast does TelePeptide ship sermorelin?
- A clinician usually reviews your intake within five hours, and most patients are prescribed and shipped within three to five business days.
- Who prescribes TelePeptide's sermorelin?
- A contracted medical group of U.S.-licensed clinicians, not TelePeptide itself. The company will tell you which medical group on request. A licensed compounding pharmacy then prepares and ships the prescription.
- Which states does TelePeptide serve?
- 48 states and Washington, D.C. It does not currently serve residents of Alaska or Mississippi.
- Is TelePeptide legit?
- TelePeptide is a sermorelin injection seller. Its stated availability: 48 states + DC. It displays a LegitScript certification badge. Treat that as the company's own claim: LegitScript's public checker is gated and shows the same page for any domain, so a shopper cannot confirm it there. What the company does not say on its own pages: a single monthly price you can check before an intake. Ask for those in writing before you pay.
