Lttl review
By Nora Vance · Updated October 2026
$149 monthly, $99 on a year
Lttl sells nightly sermorelin injections at $149 a month month-to-month, falling to $99 a month if you prepay a year. Online visits and the prescription are included, with free shipping.
Our verdict
Lttl is one of the more straightforward sermorelin buys: a clear price ladder, the same price at every dose, visits included and a fast-shipping promise. The headline "starting at $99" is the twelve-month rate, though. Month to month you pay $149, and the pharmacy is not named.

What it is
Lttl is a large cash-pay telehealth company best known for GLP-1 weight loss, with a longevity line of sermorelin, NAD+ in three forms, glutathione, MIC+B12, L-carnitine and methylene blue. It connects patients with licensed clinicians, who decide whether to prescribe, and coordinates delivery from US-licensed compounding pharmacies. Sermorelin is sold only as an injection. Lttl states a 300 mcg dose in its comparison table and describes nightly micro-dose injections. It does not name the pharmacy that compounds it.
How it works
You start with a free two-minute assessment, with no card required. A clinician licensed in your state reviews your answers and, if sermorelin is appropriate, sets your dose and gives you injection instructions. The whole visit happens online, and Lttl promises orders are prescribed and shipped within 48 hours, with delivery in one to two days. Follow-up care is part of the plan, along with one-on-one medical support and messaging. Lttl says your dose and schedule depend on your health history, goals and response, and on lab results, though it does not say labs are required to start. Lttl is open to adults 18 and over in states where its partner clinicians are licensed.
Pricing transparency
Lttl prices sermorelin on four plans, each shown against a struck $229. Month-to-month is $149, billed every month. Three months is $417, or $139 a month. Six months is $774, or $129 a month. Twelve months is $1,188, or $99 a month, which is the "starting at $99" figure on the sermorelin page. The longer plans are paid up front, so the lower monthly rate comes with a bigger single charge. Prescription and telehealth visits are included, shipping is free, and Lttl says the price is the same at every dose. A sitewide banner also offers up to $140 off the first month with an auto-applied code. That is a one-time discount, not the ongoing rate. Lttl does not take insurance, and it says you can cancel anytime. Its FAQ notes that many longevity plans are FSA or HSA eligible, with itemized receipts. Over a full year, month-to-month costs $1,788, so the annual prepay saves $600. Six months month-to-month is $894, against $774 prepaid. Refunds are narrow: nothing is refunded once it ships from the pharmacy, even unopened, and consultation fees are generally non-refundable once a provider reviews you.
Branded vs compounded
Lttl's sermorelin is compounded and, as its own FAQ says, not FDA-approved. It also says sermorelin has not been approved for anti-aging, weight loss or athletic performance, and that evidence for wellness uses is limited. The comparison table lists a 300 mcg injection, and the plan is nightly micro-dose injections. Your clinician sets the final dose and schedule. Because the price is the same at every dose, a higher prescribed dose does not cost more.
Pros and watch-outs
What we like
- Clear four-plan price ladder
- Same price at every dose
- Visits and prescription included
- 300 mcg dose stated
- Ships within 48 hours, delivered in one to two days
- Free assessment with no card required
Watch-outs
- "Starting at $99" requires prepaying a full year
- Month-to-month rate is $149
- Compounding pharmacy not named
- Struck $229 is a reference price, not something you would pay
- Shipping policy timelines are slower than the 1–2 day promise
- No refund once an order ships from the pharmacy
Best for
A shopper who wants a nightly injection from a large, fast-shipping brand and is ready to prepay three to twelve months for a lower monthly rate.
Who should look elsewhere
Anyone who wants the advertised $99 without a year's commitment, or who wants to know which pharmacy compounds the medication.
The evidence behind what Lttl prescribes
We grade the molecules, not the marketing. Here is what the human data actually shows for each thing on their menu.
- Does sermorelin work? What the trials actually measured
Sermorelin reliably makes your pituitary release growth hormone. Beyond that the evidence is one placebo-controlled trial in 19 adults from 1997 — lean body mass up in men only, nothing in women, and no effect on sleep in either.
- Is Sermorelin FDA-Approved? The Real Answer
Sermorelin was FDA-approved once, under a different name, and that approval is gone. What is sold today is compounded — which is legal, but not the same thing as approved.
- What a 3-Month Sermorelin Prepay Actually Costs You
The monthly-equivalent rate on a sermorelin quarterly plan isn’t the real question. The real question is what you lose if you stop in month two — using real seller terms, not estimates.
- Sermorelin Dosage Chart: mcg, mL and Units vs. the Trial Dose
A mcg-to-mL-to-units chart with the math shown, the doses sermorelin trials actually used, how they compare to what sellers market, and why nobody has tested a “bodybuilding dose” in a controlled study.

Frequently asked
- How much does Lttl charge for sermorelin?
- $149 a month on the month-to-month plan. Prepaying lowers the monthly rate: $417 for three months, $774 for six months or $1,188 for twelve months, which works out to $99 a month.
- Is Lttl's $99 sermorelin price real?
- Yes, but only on the twelve-month plan, paid as $1,188 up front. Month to month, Lttl charges $149.
- What dose does Lttl prescribe?
- Lttl's comparison table lists a 300 mcg sermorelin injection, taken nightly. Your clinician sets the final dose based on your history, goals and response, and the price stays the same at every dose.
- Does Lttl include the doctor visit?
- Yes. Prescription and telehealth visits are included in the plan price, and shipping is free. Lttl does not bill insurance.
- How fast does Lttl ship sermorelin?
- The sermorelin page says orders are prescribed and shipped within 48 hours and arrive in one to two days. The shipping policy is more cautious: the pharmacy usually processes orders in two to five business days, and standard shipping takes three to seven. You get a tracking number by email, and a signature may be required.
- How do I cancel Lttl sermorelin?
- Email the care team. Canceling stops future shipments and charges, and there is no contract. An order the pharmacy has already processed cannot be canceled or refunded, so cancel well before your next order.
- What if my Lttl order arrives damaged?
- Do not use it. Email Lttl within seven days of delivery with your order number and photos. Lttl says it will work with the partner pharmacy on a replacement at no extra cost where appropriate. For storage, follow the instructions that come with your shipment.
