Longevixx review
By Nora Vance · Updated October 2026
Polished, but light on specifics
Longevixx offers compounded sermorelin injections from $249 a month through independent providers, with a nightly bedtime protocol and a bundled monthly subscription.
Our verdict
Longevixx explains sermorelin well and keeps billing simple, with one bundled price and no charge if you are not approved. But $249 a month sits on the higher side for sermorelin injections, and the sermorelin page itself shows no price, dose, vial size or pharmacy. Expect to learn most of the specifics only after your assessment.

What it is
Longevixx, run by Longevixx LLC in Charlotte, North Carolina, is a concierge telehealth platform for GLP-1 weight loss, hormones and peptides. It does not prescribe itself. Instead it connects you with independent, board-certified U.S. providers, and state-licensed compounding pharmacies fill the prescriptions. Sermorelin is offered as a nightly injection under the skin. Other peptides include tesamorelin, an ipamorelin and CJC-1295 stack, BPC-157, PT-141 and NAD+. Longevixx says it serves all 50 states. No oral or nasal sermorelin is listed.
How it works
You start with a short online assessment tailored to sermorelin. You must be 18 or older, and the terms say some visits may need a working video camera. A licensed provider reviews your history and, where appropriate, baseline IGF-1 labs, and prescribes only if it is clinically right for you. Nothing ships until then. If approved, the medication is compounded by a partner pharmacy and delivered discreetly. You dose at bedtime, often five nights on and two off. Care messaging runs seven days a week, with structured check-ins along the way. Around month three your provider reassesses how you feel and may recheck IGF-1. Then you decide whether to continue, adjust or cycle off, since Longevixx runs sermorelin in courses.
Pricing transparency
The peptide catalog lists sermorelin from $249 a month, while the sermorelin page itself says only that it is available by consultation. Read "from" as a floor, and confirm your actual price at checkout. Longevixx's terms describe one bundled subscription price covering the pharmacy, the provider's medical group and the platform. Your card is charged when you order and then every 30 days, with a reminder five to seven days before each charge. You are not charged if the provider does not approve you. To cancel, turn off auto-refill in your portal at least 48 hours before the next charge. Returns are not accepted. Because billing runs every 30 days rather than by calendar month, a full year holds 13 charges, about $3,237 at $249. Three months come to $747 and six months to $1,494. The terms also allow shipping or handling charges shown at checkout, so check the total before you pay.
Branded vs compounded
Longevixx describes sermorelin as a compounded copy of the first 29 amino acids of growth-hormone-releasing hormone. It prompts your pituitary to release its own growth hormone rather than replacing it. Bedtime dosing is meant to line up with the natural surge during deep sleep. The page gives no strength, vial size or dose; your provider sets all of it. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Common side effects listed are redness, itching or swelling at the injection site. Some people notice flushing, headache, lightheadedness or brief fluid retention. Corticosteroids and other drugs acting on growth hormone can blunt the effect, so share your full medication list.
Pros and watch-outs
What we like
- Not charged if the provider does not approve you
- One bundled monthly price, with a reminder before each charge
- Seven-day care messaging and structured check-ins
- IGF-1 recheck and reassessment around month three
- Serves all 50 states
Watch-outs
- $249 a month is on the higher side
- No price shown on the sermorelin page itself
- No dose or vial size stated
- Pharmacy not named
- No returns; refunds only in narrow cases
- Injection only
Best for
Shoppers who want a guided, course-based sermorelin plan with regular check-ins and an IGF-1 follow-up, and who value one predictable bill over the lowest price.
Who should look elsewhere
Budget buyers, or anyone who wants to see the dose and vial size before paying. It is also a poor fit if you want an oral or nasal form, or a lenient refund policy.
The evidence behind what Longevixx prescribes
We grade the molecules, not the marketing. Here is what the human data actually shows for each thing on their menu.
- Does sermorelin work? What the trials actually measured
Sermorelin reliably makes your pituitary release growth hormone. Beyond that the evidence is one placebo-controlled trial in 19 adults from 1997 — lean body mass up in men only, nothing in women, and no effect on sleep in either.
- Is Sermorelin FDA-Approved? The Real Answer
Sermorelin was FDA-approved once, under a different name, and that approval is gone. What is sold today is compounded — which is legal, but not the same thing as approved.
