TrueMe review
By Nora Vance · Updated October 2026
Low price, six states only
TrueMe sells compounded sermorelin injections for $129 a month, or $79 a month on a three-month plan, with the visit, medication, supplies and shipping included. It only serves six states.
Our verdict
If you live in Arizona, Texas, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Missouri or Wisconsin, TrueMe is an inexpensive way to get sermorelin injections. The price covers the consultation, medication, supplies, shipping and provider support. You pay before the intake, but you get a full refund if you are not approved. Everyone else will have to look elsewhere for now, and nobody gets a dose figure before signing up.

What it is
TrueMe is a cash-pay telehealth brand that sells weight-loss and wellness treatments, with sermorelin under wellness. It calls itself a patient management platform. The medical care comes from independent licensed physician networks, Strive among them, and a licensed third-party pharmacy compounds and dispenses the medication. TrueMe itself is neither a pharmacy nor a drug maker. Sermorelin is offered as an injection; the side-effect answer mentions redness at the injection site, and no oral or nasal version is listed.
How it works
Signing up takes four steps: choose the treatment, complete an online intake, connect with a licensed provider, and get the medication delivered. TrueMe flips the usual order. You pay first, with no intake form required before checkout, and if the provider does not approve you, the payment is refunded in full. Once a prescription is written, it goes to a licensed pharmacy, and you get tracking as soon as the order ships. Deliveries are contact-free and need no signature. Lost packages are reshipped. Service covers only Arizona, Texas, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Missouri and Wisconsin today, with more areas promised. Support runs through email, a phone line and a contact form.
Pricing transparency
There are two plans. Month-to-month costs $129 a month, and you can cancel anytime. The three-month plan works out to $79 a month, paid as $237 up front, which TrueMe says saves $150 against three single months. Both prices include the consultation, the medication, shipping, injection supplies and ongoing provider support, and TrueMe says there are no hidden fees. Labs are not mentioned as a separate charge. Note the timing on refunds. You can cancel or change your order in your account before it ships. Once your card is charged and the package is with the carrier, all sales are final, because pharmacies cannot take back dispensed medication.
Branded vs compounded
TrueMe's sermorelin is compounded, meaning a pharmacy prepares it for your prescription. TrueMe says so on the page and adds that compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. The page describes how sermorelin works, by prompting the pituitary to release more of the body's own growth hormone. It does not give a dose, vial size or injection schedule, so you will learn those from your prescriber. The pharmacy is described only as a licensed third party. TrueMe lists the side effects as mild redness at the injection site, headache or temporary dizziness, which it says usually pass quickly. Orders are not shipped refrigerated.
Pros and watch-outs
What we like
- $129 month-to-month, or $79 a month on a three-month plan
- Consultation, medication, supplies, shipping and provider support included
- Full refund if the provider does not approve you
- Cancel anytime on the monthly plan
- States served are listed clearly
- Lost packages are reshipped
Watch-outs
- Available in only six states
- No dose, vial size or schedule shown
- Dispensing pharmacy is not named
- Charged before the intake, so the card is billed up front
- No returns once an order ships
- The three-month price requires paying $237 at once
Best for
Residents of the six states TrueMe serves who want a low, all-inclusive monthly price for sermorelin injections. The refund-if-not-approved promise also suits someone unsure whether they will qualify.
Who should look elsewhere
Anyone outside Arizona, Texas, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Missouri and Wisconsin, who cannot order yet. It is also a weaker pick if you want to know your dose and vial size before paying. Shoppers who would rather not have a card charged before seeing a provider may prefer a service that bills after approval.
The evidence behind what TrueMe prescribes
We grade the molecules, not the marketing. Here is what the human data actually shows for each thing on their menu.
- Does sermorelin work? What the trials actually measured
Sermorelin reliably makes your pituitary release growth hormone. Beyond that the evidence is one placebo-controlled trial in 19 adults from 1997 — lean body mass up in men only, nothing in women, and no effect on sleep in either.
- Is Sermorelin FDA-Approved? The Real Answer
Sermorelin was FDA-approved once, under a different name, and that approval is gone. What is sold today is compounded — which is legal, but not the same thing as approved.
- What a 3-Month Sermorelin Prepay Actually Costs You
The monthly-equivalent rate on a sermorelin quarterly plan isn’t the real question. The real question is what you lose if you stop in month two — using real seller terms, not estimates.
