What it is

System Labs (System Laboratories, Inc.) is an online clinic for peptides and wellness treatments. Its menu is short: sermorelin, NAD+, glutathione and MIC+B12. Sermorelin comes two ways. The injection is sold as a monthly supply of 9 mg. The oral version is a dissolving tablet you hold under your tongue at bedtime, sold as a 1000 mcg monthly supply. The company says it serves all 50 states, though each treatment depends on state rules. You pick your state during intake to confirm.

How it works

Getting started takes three steps. You choose a treatment and fill in a short intake form; System Labs calls it a two-minute form with no appointment needed. A US-licensed physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant then reviews your history and contacts you by chat. Its FAQ adds that you may be offered a telemedicine consult, and that not every consult ends in a prescription. Some treatments need baseline labs. If yours does, the clinician orders them and you can use a local lab. Once approved, the medication is compounded by a US pharmacy and shipped cold in 2 days, with the supplies you need to use it. The suggested routine is one dose at night, 30 to 60 minutes before bed. Most patients run five nights on and two off, though your clinician sets the plan.

Pricing transparency

Each format has an intro price and a regular price, and the gap is large. The injection is $109 for the first month, then $219 a month. The tablet is $79 for the first month, then $159 a month. System Labs prints the regular price right beside the intro price, struck through, and its FAQ spells it out: "First month is $109. After that, $219 per month." So over a first year, the injection runs about $2,518 and the tablet about $1,828. Shipping is free on every order. It's cash-pay only, with no insurance billing. The oral tablet also comes as a quarterly supply. Refills renew automatically, and you can pause or cancel at any time with no cancellation fee. To cancel, you email support; a self-serve billing portal is listed as coming soon. Refunds are limited. Medication can't be returned once it's dispensed, and services already given aren't refunded.

Branded vs compounded

Both formats are compounded, which is true of all sermorelin sold in the US today; no FDA-approved version is on the market. System Labs says so plainly in its footer, which notes its peptides "have not been approved by the FDA." It also names its compounding partner, The Pharmacy Hub in Miami, Florida, and says its compounds are third-party tested for potency, sterility, pH and endotoxins. The injection is kept in the fridge. The tablet needs no needles or refrigeration, though System Labs says the injection may be absorbed a little better.
