Coby Health review

By Nora Vance · Updated October 2026

Stated starting dose, mixed price signals

Coby Health sells sermorelin injections at $249 for each four-week vial month to month, or less on a quarterly or six-month plan. The consultation and shipping are free, and the starting dose is printed on the page.

Our verdict

Coby Health is a straightforward way to get sermorelin injections, with a published starting dose and longer plans that lower the monthly cost. Its page shows two sets of prices, so confirm what renewals cost before you pay.

What it is

Coby Health is an online marketplace for compounded medications. It sells semaglutide, tirzepatide, NAD+ and sermorelin. Coby describes itself as a marketplace that connects patients with independent healthcare providers, and it says it does not provide medical or pharmacy services itself. Sermorelin is sold only as an injection, in small vials for use at home. Coby also accepts patients who are already taking sermorelin elsewhere.

How it works

You start with a three-minute online questionnaire, and the online visit connects you with an independent provider. If you are approved, the provider sets a treatment plan and the vials ship to your door for free. Coby lists the usual starting dose as 150 mcg, five days a week, in the evening before sleep, subject to your provider's approval. The provider then raises the dose gradually. At home, you clean the vial top with an alcohol wipe and draw the prescribed dose into a syringe; supplies come with the medication. After that, you can message the care team through the patient portal for on-demand medical support. The portal is also where you update payment details and tell your provider about recent labs. You must be 18 or older. The sermorelin page does not list the states Coby serves. The help center lists every state except Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and New Mexico, but that answer is written for its weight-loss programs. Coby says some people notice changes within a few days to a few weeks.

Pricing transparency

The pricing table offers three plans. Month to month costs $249 for one vial every four weeks. The quarterly plan costs $199 a month, billed every three months, for three vials every twelve weeks. The six-month plan costs $175 a month, billed twice a year. Each includes a free medical consultation and shipping, with no insurance, deductibles or copays. Coby says no subscription or membership is required, and the quarterly and six-month plans are minimum treatment periods with no commitment beyond the chosen term. The hero box at the top of the same page shows lower figures, though: "Start for $299 $199 / month" on the monthly plan and $175 on the quarterly. Read those as a starting charge. Before you check out, confirm what each renewal will cost. The monthly plan sends one vial every four weeks, so ask whether you are billed per vial. If so, a year means thirteen charges, not twelve. At the table prices, three months costs about $747 month to month or $597 on the quarterly plan. Six months on the six-month plan comes to $1,050. A full year runs about $3,237 month to month, $2,388 on quarterly billing or $2,100 on the six-month plan. Coby takes major credit and debit cards.

Branded vs compounded

There is no FDA-approved sermorelin on the US market, and Coby states that its compounded sermorelin is not FDA-approved or evaluated for safety, efficacy or quality. The page is more specific than many about dosing: it names a starting dose of 150 mcg, five days a week, and says the provider titrates up from there. It does not print the vial size or concentration, so you cannot tell how many weeks a vial covers at higher doses. The compounding pharmacy is not named.

Pros and watch-outs

What we like

  • Starting dose published: 150 mcg, five days a week
  • Free consultation and shipping
  • Quarterly and six-month plans lower the monthly cost
  • No membership fee
  • Accepts patients already on sermorelin

Watch-outs

  • Two different sets of prices on the same page
  • Monthly plan bills per four-week vial
  • Vial size and pharmacy not named
  • States served not listed on the sermorelin page
  • Compounded, so no FDA review of the finished product

Best for

Buyers who want to know the starting dose before they sign up, and who are willing to commit to three or six months for a lower monthly price.

Who should look elsewhere

Anyone who needs one unambiguous price before ordering. The page shows two sets of figures, so expect to confirm the renewal charge with Coby.

Frequently asked

Can I get a refund from Coby Health?
Not once an order ships. The help center says shipped orders cannot be refunded, and a prescription that has reached the pharmacy cannot be changed. If a cancellation goes through before that, a $50 visit and clinical fee is kept. The terms add that fees and charges are not refundable.
How do I cancel a Coby Health subscription?
The help center asks subscribers to cancel at least 30 days before the next charge. The terms say the cutoff date is shown when you buy, so note it at checkout. Account and payment changes are handled in the patient portal.
How much does sermorelin cost at Coby Health?
The pricing table lists $249 for each four-week vial on the monthly plan, $199 a month on the quarterly plan and $175 a month on the six-month plan. The consultation and shipping are included.
Why does Coby Health show two prices for monthly sermorelin?
The hero box says "Start for $299 $199 / month," while the pricing table lists the monthly plan at $249, billed monthly. Treat $199 as a starting charge and confirm the renewal price before you pay.
What dose of sermorelin does Coby Health start with?
Coby lists the usual starting dose as 150 mcg, five days a week, in the evening before sleep, subject to your provider's approval. The provider then raises it gradually.

Is Coby Health a pharmacy?
No. Coby says it operates as a marketplace that partners with independent healthcare providers. It does not provide medical or pharmacy services, and payment does not guarantee a prescription.
