At 70.0 kg, the trial-equivalent dose (700 mcg) sits above the commonly marketed range, not below it — 2.3× the top of that range. That is the direction most adult body weights land in: the one dose with real outcome data behind it is higher than what is typically sold, not a gentler starting point beneath it.

Why the marketed range is a separate thing from the trial dose

The 10 mcg/kg figure comes from the one placebo-controlled adult trial with real outcome data — positive on lean body mass in men, null on sleep in both sexes, over roughly 16–20 weeks. The 200–300 mcg flat range is what commercial telehealth sellers commonly advertise regardless of a buyer’s body weight. That range has never been tested in a controlled dose-finding trial of its own — it is a marketing convention, not a study result, and this tool never presents it as one.
