Lavender Sky Health review

By Nora Vance · Updated October 2026

Pick your pharmacy, pay per consult

Lavender Sky Health lets you choose the compounding pharmacy that fills your sermorelin, with injectables from $199 per 15 mg vial. Consults are paid separately, at $65 for a new patient and $40 for a follow-up.

Our verdict

Lavender Sky Health is unusually open about where sermorelin comes from: every price on its menu names the pharmacy that makes it. You pay per consult and per order, with no subscription. The catch is that you have to work out how long a vial lasts with your provider.

What it is

Lavender Sky Health is a direct-pay telehealth practice. It is best known for GLP-1 weight-loss care, and it also offers NAD+, glutathione, vitamin and amino acid boosters, lipotropics, aesthetic treatments and in-home wellness labs. Sermorelin sits under its hormonal health menu as part of what it calls a medically guided wellness plan. Its model is different from most online sellers. Rather than one house product, it lists the sermorelin each partner pharmacy makes, with that pharmacy's price, and you pick one.

How it works

You book a consult with a licensed provider. An e-consult happens through messages in the patient portal, with no call, and a provider replies within three business days of payment. If your state does not allow e-consults, or you prefer to talk, you book a phone or video consult instead. The provider decides whether sermorelin fits your history and helps you match a pharmacy, a plan length and a dose. You can choose any partner pharmacy that ships to your state, and the site lets you check coverage before you book. Pharmacies typically take two to seven business days to process and ship an order. Lavender Sky puts delivery at two to ten business days from the order date, and it emails a tracking number once the box ships. Bloodwork is not required to start, though it recommends testing and sells optional in-home labs. Refills need no new consult, but you need a follow-up if more than six months have passed since your last one. Lavender Sky serves all 50 states and Washington, DC.

Pricing transparency

There are two kinds of charges. The first is the consult: $65 for a new patient and $40 for a follow-up, with no membership. The second is the medication, billed separately at the price on the pharmacy menu. Its lowest-priced injectable is $199 for a 15 mg vial from Red Rock Pharmacy. Other 15 mg vials run $215, $275 and $280, depending on the pharmacy. Two 30 mg vials are listed at $249 and $275. None of these prices states how long the vial lasts, because that depends on the dose your provider sets. Ask how many weeks your vial should cover before you compare it with a monthly price elsewhere. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges, so stopping is simple: you just do not reorder. You can also prepay toward a future order in $100 amounts. Unused prepayments can be refunded on request within 180 days, minus a 5% card processing fee. A first order at the lowest menu price therefore starts at $264: the $65 consult plus the $199 vial. Refills between required follow-ups carry no consult fee, so you pay only for the vial. Lavender Sky takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, HSA and FSA cards, but not PayPal, Venmo or Apple Pay. The menu does not say whether syringes or mixing water come with a vial, so ask.

Branded vs compounded

There is no FDA-approved sermorelin on the US market, and Lavender Sky says plainly that compounded medications are not FDA approved or regulated. The injectables come in 15 mg and 30 mg vials from five named pharmacies. The oral options are sermorelin and glycine rapid-dissolve tablets at $125 or $189 for 60, a sermorelin, NAD+ and B12 capsule at $275, and a plain sermorelin dissolving tablet that is currently out of stock. The published human research on sermorelin used injections. The tablets and capsules are less-studied routes, and the combination products add ingredients your provider should explain.

Pros and watch-outs

  • No membership, subscription or recurring billing
  • Consult fees published: $65 new, $40 follow-up
  • Refills need no new consult for up to six months
  • Serves all 50 states and Washington, DC

Watch-outs

  • Vial prices state no plan length
  • Consult fees are on top of the medication
  • Some pharmacies cannot ship to every state
  • E-consult replies can take up to three business days
  • Plain sermorelin tablet out of stock; oral options are combinations

Best for

Shoppers who care which compounding pharmacy makes their sermorelin, and who would rather pay per consult than carry a monthly subscription.

Who should look elsewhere

Anyone who wants one simple monthly price. The real monthly cost depends on your dose, the pharmacy you choose and how often you need a consult.
