Pepti review
By Nora Vance · Updated October 2026
Unusually open about the vial
Pepti sells compounded sermorelin injections at $229 per four-week vial, all-in, and publishes the vial strength, the nightly dose and lab test results for each batch.
Our verdict
Pepti is one of the most transparent places to buy sermorelin. You know exactly what is in the vial, how much to inject and how each batch tested. The price covers care and dose changes with no membership. Two things to plan for: it bills every four weeks rather than monthly, and you need recent bloodwork or a $149 home test before a prescription.

What it is
Pepti, run by pepti LLC of Delaware, is a peptide telehealth company that ships across all 50 states. Sermorelin is sold as a compounded injection in a multi-dose vial. A pre-filled pen version exists too, but it was sold out as of October 2026. A licensed physician reviews each request, and a PCAB-accredited pharmacy compounds the medication. Pepti publishes third-party test results for each lot, covering sterility, endotoxins and potency. No oral or nasal sermorelin is offered.
How it works
You complete an online intake and either upload a recent lab report or order Pepti's at-home blood panel. A physician reviews your history and labs before prescribing, usually within a day. If you are approved, your vial ships free and tracked in insulated, unbranded packaging, with syringes and alcohol pads. A fresh vial arrives about every 28 days, timed so it lands as you finish the last one. Messaging with the care team and dose adjustments are part of the price. If your dose changes, the refill date moves to match. You can cancel anytime from your account with no cancellation fee. Pepti names its reviewing physician, Dr. Gene Lee, a board-certified family medicine doctor.
Pricing transparency
The standard 10 mg vial costs $229 for a four-week supply, and the stronger 15 mg vial costs $259. Pepti calls this an all-in price: medication, provider care, labs, dose adjustments and shipping, with no membership fee. Two details change the real cost. First, billing runs every four weeks, so a year has 13 fills, not 12. Second, the optional at-home blood kit adds $149 if you do not already have recent labs. Moving to a higher strength is charged at the difference on your next fill. If the physician does not approve you, the medication charge is refunded. The pen, when in stock, costs $299. Over a year, 13 fills of the 10 mg vial come to $2,977, or $3,367 at 15 mg. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
Branded vs compounded
Pepti states the vial plainly: 5 mL at 2 mg/mL, so 10 mg of sermorelin per vial. The default directions are 0.25 mL, or 25 units, injected under the skin Monday through Friday nights. At that strength each dose is 0.5 mg, which is how one vial lasts four weeks. Your prescription label is the final word, and your physician can raise the dose. Keep the vial refrigerated at 36 to 46°F at all times, even before first use, and away from light. Pepti ships it cold, with ice packs. Pepti says many patients notice deeper sleep and easier recovery in the first three weeks, with energy and body changes more often around weeks four to eight. The medication is compounded, so it is not FDA-approved. Pepti lists mild injection-site redness, passing fatigue or headache, and occasional mild nausea as side effects. It is not offered during pregnancy, with active or past cancer, or with severe kidney or liver disease.
Pros and watch-outs
What we like
- Vial strength, dose and schedule all published
- Batch test results for sterility and potency posted
- $229 covers medication, care, dose changes and shipping
- No membership fee, cancel anytime
- Medication charge refunded if not approved
- Ships to all 50 states
Watch-outs
- Billed every four weeks, so 13 charges a year
- Bloodwork required; home kit adds $149
- Pharmacy not named
- Pen sold out as of October 2026
- Injection only
Best for
Buyers who want to know exactly how much sermorelin they are getting and how it tested before they pay. It also suits anyone with recent bloodwork, who can skip the home kit.
Who should look elsewhere
Shoppers who want the simplest monthly bill, or who would rather start without labs. It is also not a fit if you need the pre-filled pen today, or want an oral or nasal form.
The evidence behind what Pepti prescribes
We grade the molecules, not the marketing. Here is what the human data actually shows for each thing on their menu.
- Does sermorelin work? What the trials actually measured
Sermorelin reliably makes your pituitary release growth hormone. Beyond that the evidence is one placebo-controlled trial in 19 adults from 1997 — lean body mass up in men only, nothing in women, and no effect on sleep in either.
- Is Sermorelin FDA-Approved? The Real Answer
Sermorelin was FDA-approved once, under a different name, and that approval is gone. What is sold today is compounded — which is legal, but not the same thing as approved.
