What it is

MaleMD is an online men's health clinic with a Delaware mailing address. It offers sermorelin, NAD+ and other men's treatments, though it says it does not provide TRT. Sermorelin comes in two forms at the same price. One is a daily injection under the skin. The other is a mint-flavored tablet that dissolves under the tongue, made through a partner compounding pharmacy. Both are compounded prescriptions, prepared in licensed US pharmacies, and neither is FDA-approved. MaleMD says each batch is tested for potency, sterility, pH and endotoxins.

How it works

You complete a short medical questionnaire online. A licensed clinician in your state reviews it and decides whether sermorelin is appropriate. The visit is fully online and free with the plan. If you are approved, the medication ships free by rush delivery in discreet packaging. Support from a medical doctor is available around the clock. The intake opens by asking what you struggle with, such as low energy, stubborn fat, lost muscle, poor sleep or a slower metabolism. MaleMD notes that its physicians do not prescribe sermorelin for anti-aging, bodybuilding or athletic performance. Describe your symptoms fully in the intake, because that is what the clinician uses to decide. After you start, you get unlimited messaging and follow-ups with your prescribing doctor. Pricing transparency

Both forms cost $149 a month. That covers the medication, the medical evaluation, free shipping and 24/7 support. The injection plan also includes the injection kit. The site advertises sermorelin "from $149/month" under a limited-availability banner, and it shows no higher regular price. Treat $149 as the current rate and recheck it when you renew. MaleMD does not take insurance. It accepts FSA and HSA cards. The sermorelin page does not show a multi-month discount, an intro rate, or the rules for canceling and refunds. Ask how renewals are billed and how to stop them before your first order. At $149, a year of either form costs $1,788.

Branded vs compounded

The injection is one 5 mL vial at 2 mg per mL, or 10 mg in total. It is sold as a one-month supply of about 25 to 30 injections. It arrives already dissolved in bacteriostatic water, so you do not have to mix it. Each month includes 25 to 30 syringes, and the recommended routine is five days a week. The tablet is 1,000 mcg per dose and uses the same active ingredient. You inject under the skin with a small needle, in the thigh, abdomen or upper arm. Published human research on sermorelin used injections, so the tablet is the less-studied route. MaleMD says its medication comes from an FDA-registered US pharmacy and is prescribed only after a screening and consultation. It lists injection-site pain, swelling or redness, headache, flushing, dizziness and nausea as common, usually mild side effects. Rare serious reactions include severe allergy, blood pressure changes and raised pressure inside the skull, which need urgent care. Patient quotes on the site report better sleep, recovery and muscle within weeks, but those are individual stories, not trial results.
