Gimme Care review
By Nora Vance · Updated October 2026
Low all-in price, vial size shown
Gimme Care sells sermorelin injections from $129 a month for a 9 mg vial, with the consultation, supplies and shipping included. A larger 15 mg vial costs $189, or $179 a month on a 3-month plan.
Our verdict
Gimme Care is one of the more affordable and more open ways to buy sermorelin online. It prints the vial size, the concentration and an all-in price. The trade-off is a strict no-refund policy once an order ships, and the pharmacy is not named.

What it is
Gimme Care is an online telehealth service run by Start Gimme LLC. It is best known for compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, and it also sells NAD+, glutathione, B12 and sermorelin injections. It says plainly that it is not a pharmacy. It connects patients with licensed providers, who decide whether to prescribe, and a licensed US pharmacy ships the medication. Sermorelin is sold only as an injection, in two vial sizes. The homepage carries a LegitScript seal.
How it works
You start with an online questionnaire about your health and goals. A licensed US provider reviews it and decides whether you are eligible. In most states no video visit is needed, though you can ask for one in the portal. Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico and West Virginia require a brief video or audio visit before treatment starts. No bloodwork or insurance is required. Shipping is free. Gimme Care's shipping policy says orders usually leave within five to seven business days of the provider's approval, then travel by two-day air. The vial arrives in insulated packaging with ice packs and should go in the fridge right away. Some deliveries need a signature, and it does not ship to P.O. boxes. Refills ship every 28 days after a short check-in, and the portal handles messaging, refills and shipment tracking. Gimme Care offers unlimited messaging with your provider for follow-ups and dose adjustments. It serves all 50 states and Washington, DC.
Pricing transparency
There are two vial sizes, both billed per month. The 9 mg vial costs $129 for a month, which Gimme Care describes as less than $4 a day. The 15 mg vial costs $189 for a single month, or $179 a month if you choose the 3-month plan. Each price covers the consultation, ongoing care, the medication, supplies, shipping and support. There is no membership on top. Refills ship every 28 days, so ask whether each refill is billed as it ships. If it is, a year of the 9 mg vial means thirteen charges of $129, about $1,677. Three months on the 15 mg plan comes to $537. Cancellation is only possible before the pharmacy dispenses or ships an order. If you cancel in time, the refund is full. Once medication ships, it cannot be returned and the sale is final. Damaged or wrong medication is replaced at no charge if you report it within 48 hours of delivery.
Branded vs compounded
There is no FDA-approved sermorelin on the US market, so Gimme Care's is compounded to order. Its own disclaimer says compounded products are not FDA-approved and have not been through clinical trials. Unusually, the page shows exactly what is in the vial. The 9 mg vial is 2.5 mg per milliliter, and the 15 mg option is 1 mg per milliliter in a 15 milliliter vial. That lets you compare the price with other sellers by the amount of drug, not just the monthly figure. The pharmacy that makes it is not named. The page does not give a dose or injection schedule either; your provider sets both. Gimme Care lists the usual side effects as redness, swelling or itching where you inject, plus headache, flushing, dizziness, nausea or a change in taste.
Pros and watch-outs

Best for
Price-conscious shoppers who want an all-in monthly figure and want to see how much sermorelin a vial holds before they buy.
Who should look elsewhere
Anyone who wants the option to return medication or get a refund after it ships, or who wants to know the compounding pharmacy by name before ordering.
The evidence behind what Gimme Care prescribes
We grade the molecules, not the marketing. Here is what the human data actually shows for each thing on their menu.
- Does sermorelin work? What the trials actually measured
Sermorelin reliably makes your pituitary release growth hormone. Beyond that the evidence is one placebo-controlled trial in 19 adults from 1997 — lean body mass up in men only, nothing in women, and no effect on sleep in either.
- Is Sermorelin FDA-Approved? The Real Answer
Sermorelin was FDA-approved once, under a different name, and that approval is gone. What is sold today is compounded — which is legal, but not the same thing as approved.
- Sermorelin Cost: Monthly Prices From $99 to $449 (2026)
105 sermorelin sellers publish a monthly injection price, from $99 to $449. Dose, what's bundled in, and billing cadence, not quality, explain most of the gap.
