Both are compounded preparations rather than an FDA-approved drug — sermorelin's only branded version, Geref, was discontinued as a business decision, not a safety finding, and nothing has replaced it since.

How it works

The page's hero text reads "$149 every month" and "Starting at $149 per month" — that is the six-month commitment rate, not the no-term price a first-time visitor would actually be charged. A reader skimming only the hero could land on $199 owing at checkout instead of the $149 figure displayed up top.

Branded vs compounded

No FDA-approved sermorelin product exists on the US market, so both of Sermorelin.com's formats are compounded preparations made to order by a pharmacy rather than dispensed as an FDA-reviewed finished drug, and both require a prescription. Sermorelin is a 29-amino-acid peptide, and surviving the gut intact is the specific problem an oral tablet has to solve; the human evidence for sermorelin comes from injected doses, not swallowed ones.
