What it is

PepHaūs is an online prescription service for injectable treatments. It covers weight loss, longevity, recovery and skin, and sermorelin sits in its longevity range. Prescriptions come from physicians in the Wasef Health Group network, and the site names them, led by Dr. Michael Wasef. Sermorelin is sold only as a nightly injection under the skin. PepHaūs says its sermorelin is filled by Hallandale Pharmacy, a licensed U.S. 503A compounding pharmacy, and it is unusual for a seller to name the pharmacy at all. Unlike many sellers, PepHaūs ships the vial ready to use, so there is no powder to mix.

How it works

You start with a short online intake, with no video call and no waiting room. A licensed provider reviews it, usually within 24 hours, and nothing is charged during that review. If the provider approves treatment, your card is charged and the pharmacy prepares your first shipment. It ships cold with free expedited shipping, refills included. You can message your provider through the portal at any time. Dosing is set by the provider, who starts low and adjusts over time. PepHaūs says providers often prescribe sermorelin in eight- to twelve-week cycles with breaks in between. Sermorelin ships to all 50 states, and eligibility is confirmed before any charge. You can cancel from your dashboard without a phone call. You can also pause, which holds future shipments until you resume, and canceling stops future billing. Some states require a live video visit before a prescription or refill. Where yours does, PepHaūs schedules it as part of the review at no extra cost. Service covers all 50 states plus Washington, D.C., but not Puerto Rico or the U.S. territories. The patient portal also lets you track shipments, see your next dose and add a second treatment without a new intake.

Pricing transparency

There are three plans, all published before you start. Monthly costs $159 and is billed each month. Quarterly costs $151 a month, billed $453.15 every three months. The six-month plan costs $143 a month, billed $858.60 up front, with pay-over-time offered at checkout. The site leads with the $143 figure in its banner and plan picker, so check which plan you are on before paying. The saving for committing is modest, $16 a month at most. Each price covers the physician visit, the medication, injection supplies and shipping. PepHaūs has listed the supplies as pre-measured syringes and individually wrapped alcohol swabs. There is no membership fee and no insurance billing. If the provider decides sermorelin isn't right for you, PepHaūs says you get a full refund and pay nothing for the visit. One thing to ask before prepaying: if your provider prescribes cycles with breaks, how does a six-month plan handle the weeks off?

Branded vs compounded

There is no FDA-approved sermorelin on the US market, and PepHaūs says so plainly: compounded sermorelin is not an FDA-approved product. What it does offer is paperwork. Every vial ships with a certificate of analysis showing purity and concentration. That is the document that tells you what is actually in the vial, and many sellers make you ask for it. The site does not publish a strength in milligrams, so ask your provider what dose and concentration you are getting. PepHaūs lists the common side effects as redness where you inject, flushing and lightheadedness. Some people also report vivid dreams in the first weeks. If you miss a dose, it says to skip it rather than double up. On timing, PepHaūs says sleep often shifts in the first few weeks. Recovery tends to improve by six to eight weeks, and body composition changes build over months, with the best results at three to six months. If you already take NAD+ or a GLP-1, tell your provider, who decides whether the combination is appropriate.
