What it is

Auren Rx is a New York-based telehealth brand selling weight-loss, anti-aging, hair and skincare treatments. Its anti-aging line includes NAD+, glutathione, microdosed GLP-1 and sermorelin. Sermorelin is sold as a nightly injection under the skin, and no tablet or nasal form is listed. Licensed US physicians prescribe it, and a US pharmacy compounds it fresh for each patient. The site says Auren Rx is LegitScript certified.

How it works

You start with a free online assessment, which Auren Rx calls a free online visit. A licensed physician reviews your full medical history before prescribing. You aren't charged until a physician has decided treatment is appropriate, shared a care plan and you choose to go ahead. If you're approved, your sermorelin is compounded by a US pharmacy and shipped free in plain, unmarked packaging, with cold packs when the medication needs them. Most orders ship within one to three business days of being filled, and standard delivery takes five to seven business days after that, with tracking. Dosing is nightly, and your physician adjusts it over time, with check-ins to see how you're responding. Ongoing clinical support is included. Auren Rx says sleep often improves within weeks. It adds that recovery and body-composition changes usually build over three to six months of consistent nightly use.

Pricing transparency

There are two ways to pay. Subscribe & Save costs $159 a month, which Auren Rx frames as saving $40 a month, and you can pause or cancel anytime. The Monthly plan costs $199 with no commitment. Because the subscription has no minimum term and can be canceled from your account, most shoppers will want it. Just choose it deliberately at checkout, because the site's menus and product tiles advertise "from $159/mo" while the plain monthly plan is $199. The online visit and shipping are free on both plans, and no other fees are listed. Auren Rx's billing policy calls every plan a month-to-month membership with no long-term contract. You can cancel by email or in your account, but fees already paid aren't refunded. To take a break, you can switch to on-demand and turn off auto-payments while keeping provider messaging. Stay on-demand for eight weeks or more without a check-in, though, and the membership may be canceled. If you move the prescription to a local pharmacy, the fee no longer covers the medication.

Branded vs compounded

Sermorelin isn't sold as an FDA-approved drug in the US, so Auren Rx's injection is compounded for you by a licensed pharmacy. Auren Rx notes on the page that compounded drugs aren't FDA-approved and haven't been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. It doesn't name the pharmacy or publish the vial size or dose, which your physician sets. The most common side effect it lists is mild irritation where you inject. The site's main safety page covers its GLP-1 and estrogen products but not sermorelin, so ask the physician about risks and anything that would rule you out.
