Each month a 10 mg sermorelin vial ships cold-chain from Rush Pharmacy, a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy. Precision Telemed says it serves all 50 states. Its prescribers are listed on the page by name and credential, with their national provider numbers. Sermorelin here is an injection only; there is no tablet or nasal spray. Like all sermorelin sold in the US today, it is compounded rather than an FDA-approved finished drug.

How it works

Getting started takes three steps. You answer a health questionnaire, which the company says takes under five minutes. Then you meet a board-certified doctor or nurse practitioner by video, and same-day appointments are offered. If you qualify, the prescription is written that day and ships within 48 hours. There is no membership fee and no insurance billing, and HSA and FSA cards are accepted. Dose does not change the price. All doses are included, so moving from 200 mcg to 500 mcg a day costs the same. A 10 mg vial covers a month at 300 mcg a day, though, so ask how a higher dose is filled. Branded vs compounded

There is no FDA-approved sermorelin on the US market, so Precision Telemed's injection is compounded to order and not reviewed by the FDA before it reaches you. It is unusual in naming the pharmacy, Rush Pharmacy, and the vial size. The side effects it lists are mild injection site redness, flushing, headache and occasional lightheadedness, mostly early on. Its timeline is fairly typical for sermorelin marketing. It promises better sleep in two to four weeks and more energy by weeks four to six.
