Whoosh Wellness review
By Nora Vance · Updated October 2026
Two floors, no plan prices
Whoosh Wellness sells sermorelin as an injection or a tablet, on monthly, three-month or six-month plans. Its product page and its pricing page quote different starting prices, and neither says which plan buys them.
Our verdict
Whoosh Wellness bundles the visit, the medication, injection supplies and shipping into one price, and charges nothing unless a provider prescribes. What it does not do is tell you which plan costs what. Get the price for your plan in writing before you pay.

What it is
Whoosh Wellness is a direct-pay telehealth brand built around peptides. It sells sermorelin, NAD+, glutathione and GHK-Cu, plus semaglutide and tirzepatide for weight loss. Sermorelin sits in its Longevity and Recovery lines. It comes in two methods you choose on the product page: an injection or a tablet. Both are compounded and prescribed only after a medical intake questionnaire. Whoosh says its medications come from licensed 503A and 503B compounding pharmacy partners and that every batch is third-party tested.
How it works
You fill out a short intake form about your goals and health history. A licensed, board-certified provider reviews it and, if appropriate, prescribes a personalized protocol. Whoosh says most patients hear back within 24 hours. You do not have to meet your provider, though Whoosh encourages it. Medication is compounded to order and shipped to your door, with shipping paid by Whoosh. Injectable orders include syringes and alcohol swipes, along with step-by-step guidance. After that, Whoosh promises monthly check-ins and the ability to adjust dosing or ask questions at any time. Refills are automatic each month, so you do not need to reorder.
Pricing transparency
This is where Whoosh gets confusing. The product page says injections start "as low as" $150 and tablets at $209. The site's pricing page says injections start at $199 a month and tablets at $259 a month. The product page also offers Monthly, 3-Months and 6-Months plans, but choosing a plan does not change the figure shown. The likeliest reading is that the lower numbers are the longest plan and the higher ones are month to month. Whoosh does not say so, though. The good news is the billing promise: you are only charged if a licensed provider approves your prescription. Whoosh says most plans are HSA and FSA eligible, and no insurance is needed. Before you check out, ask for the exact monthly charge on the plan you pick and how far ahead a longer plan is billed.
Branded vs compounded
There is no FDA-approved sermorelin on the US market, so both Whoosh forms are compounded. Whoosh's own copy says compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished drugs and are prepared to a clinician's prescription. It adds that every order is checked for dosage and formulation before shipping. It does not name its pharmacies. It also does not state a dose, a vial size or a tablet strength, so you cannot tell from the page how much drug either price buys. Ask the provider for the strength and how long a supply lasts.
Pros and watch-outs
What we like
- Injection or tablet, chosen on one page
- Charged only if a provider prescribes
- Syringes and swipes included with injections
- Free shipping and automatic monthly refills
- Every batch third-party tested, per Whoosh
- Most plans HSA and FSA eligible
Watch-outs
- Two different starting prices per form
- No price shown for each plan length
- No dose, vial size or tablet strength stated
- Pharmacy not named
- Compounded, so no FDA review of the finished product
Best for
Buyers who like an all-in bundle with supplies and check-ins, and who will confirm the plan price with Whoosh before the first charge.
Who should look elsewhere
Anyone comparing sellers on a clear monthly price. Whoosh prints two floors for each form and never ties either one to a plan length.
The evidence behind what Whoosh Wellness prescribes
We grade the molecules, not the marketing. Here is what the human data actually shows for each thing on their menu.
- Does sermorelin work? What the trials actually measured
Sermorelin reliably makes your pituitary release growth hormone. Beyond that the evidence is one placebo-controlled trial in 19 adults from 1997 — lean body mass up in men only, nothing in women, and no effect on sleep in either.
- Is Sermorelin FDA-Approved? The Real Answer
Sermorelin was FDA-approved once, under a different name, and that approval is gone. What is sold today is compounded — which is legal, but not the same thing as approved.
- Sermorelin Tablets: What They Are, and What Has Never Been Tested
48 sellers offer sermorelin as a tablet, troche or capsule. No human trial of an oral sermorelin product exists, and at 16 of 30 sellers that sell both, the tablet costs the same as the injection or more.

Frequently asked
- How much does sermorelin cost at Whoosh Wellness?
- It depends on the plan, and Whoosh does not show each plan's price. The product page lists injections from $150 and tablets from $209. The pricing page lists injections from $199 a month and tablets from $259 a month. Confirm your plan's price before checkout.
- Why does Whoosh show different sermorelin prices on different pages?
- Whoosh does not explain it. The product page offers monthly, three-month and six-month plans, so the lower figures may be a longer plan. Ask Whoosh which plan each price belongs to and whether a longer plan is billed up front.
- Does Whoosh Wellness charge before I'm prescribed?
- No. Whoosh says you are only billed if a licensed physician approves your prescription. If you don't qualify, you owe nothing.
- What comes with a Whoosh sermorelin injection order?
- Whoosh says syringes and alcohol swipes ship with every injectable order, with step-by-step guidance. Shipping is free, refills are automatic each month, and you get monthly check-ins with your provider.
- Can I use HSA or FSA funds at Whoosh Wellness?
- Whoosh says most of its plans are HSA and FSA eligible. It is direct-pay and does not need insurance. Check with your plan administrator before relying on an account.
- How fast does Whoosh Wellness respond after the intake?
- Whoosh says most patients hear back within 24 hours. A licensed provider reviews your intake and, if appropriate, prescribes a protocol. You do not have to meet the provider live, although Whoosh says it recommends staying in touch for the best results.
- Should I pick the injection or the tablet at Whoosh?
- Whoosh prices the tablet higher on both of its pages. Published human research on sermorelin mostly used injections, which makes the tablet the less-studied route. If you are comfortable with a small needle, ask the provider whether the injection suits you.
