NiceRx review
By Nora Vance · Updated October 2026
Clear plans, billed every 4 weeks
NiceRx sells sermorelin as a nightly injection for $155 every four weeks and as a tablet for $149 every four weeks. Prepaid three- and six-month plans cost less per month, and the consultation is free.
Our verdict
NiceRx is easy to shop. It publishes its doses, its plan prices and how billing works, and the price stays the same at any dose. The one thing to read twice is the billing cycle: the monthly plan renews every four weeks, so a year holds thirteen charges, not twelve.

What it is
NiceRx is a cash-pay telehealth service that sells weight loss, longevity and strength treatments. Sermorelin sits in its Strength line, aimed at recovery, sleep quality and lean mass. It comes in two forms, each with its own page. The injection is a nightly shot under the skin. The tablet is a needle-free option taken at bedtime. NiceRx calls the tablet the simpler choice to travel with and the injection the more established route. Both are compounded prescriptions from state-licensed U.S. pharmacy partners.
How it works
You start with a free online assessment that takes about two minutes, and your state is confirmed in the first step. A provider licensed in your state reviews it and decides what is appropriate. Your card is authorized at checkout but only charged if a provider prescribes. If you are not approved, the authorization is voided. Approved orders ship in two to three business days in plain, temperature-controlled packaging. The injection kit includes the vial, insulin syringes and a step-by-step guide. After that, your provider manages dose and frequency, refills and check-ins, and can change your dose without a new fee. NiceRx says it is available in most U.S. states, without listing them on the sermorelin pages.
Pricing transparency
Each form has three plans. The injection costs $155 every four weeks on the monthly plan. The three-month plan works out to $139 a month, billed as $417 every twelve weeks. The six-month plan works out to $128 a month, billed as $768 every twenty-four weeks. The tablets cost $149 every four weeks monthly, $429 every twelve weeks, or $822 every twenty-four weeks. Note that the tablet is cheaper on the monthly plan but costs more than the injection on longer plans. Every plan says "/mo", yet each bills on a four-week cycle. Over a year, the monthly injection plan comes to thirteen charges of $155, or $2,015. A sitewide offer takes $50 off your first month, which is a welcome discount but not the ongoing price. Price stays the same at any dose, and there are no membership or shipping fees. Monthly plans can be paused or canceled any time; longer plans are prepaid.
Branded vs compounded
There is no FDA-approved sermorelin on the US market, so both NiceRx forms are compounded for your prescription. NiceRx says so plainly and adds that compounded drugs do not undergo FDA review. It publishes typical doses. The injection is usually 200 to 300 mcg under the skin before bed. The tablet is one 1,000 mcg tablet before bed, five days a week, with two days off. Your provider confirms and adjusts the dose. NiceRx does not name the pharmacy that fills your order and notes that kit contents vary slightly by pharmacy partner.
Pros and watch-outs
What we like
- Doses published for both injection and tablet
- Same price at any dose
- Free assessment; charged only if prescribed
- No membership or shipping fees
- Ships in two to three business days after approval
- Monthly plans cancel any time
Watch-outs
- "Monthly" plan bills every four weeks, thirteen times a year
- Longer plans are prepaid
- Pharmacy not named
- States served not listed on the sermorelin pages
- Compounded, so no FDA review of the finished product
Best for
Shoppers who want published doses and plain billing rules, and who are happy to choose between an injection and a tablet at one seller.
Who should look elsewhere
Anyone who wants a true calendar-month bill. Every NiceRx plan runs on a four-week cycle, so the yearly cost is higher than twelve times the monthly figure.
The evidence behind what NiceRx prescribes
We grade the molecules, not the marketing. Here is what the human data actually shows for each thing on their menu.
- Does sermorelin work? What the trials actually measured
Sermorelin reliably makes your pituitary release growth hormone. Beyond that the evidence is one placebo-controlled trial in 19 adults from 1997 — lean body mass up in men only, nothing in women, and no effect on sleep in either.
- Is Sermorelin FDA-Approved? The Real Answer
Sermorelin was FDA-approved once, under a different name, and that approval is gone. What is sold today is compounded — which is legal, but not the same thing as approved.
- Sermorelin Dosage Chart: mcg, mL and Units vs. the Trial Dose
A mcg-to-mL-to-units chart with the math shown, the doses sermorelin trials actually used, how they compare to what sellers market, and why nobody has tested a “bodybuilding dose” in a controlled study.
- Sermorelin Tablets: What They Are, and What Has Never Been Tested
48 sellers offer sermorelin as a tablet, troche or capsule. No human trial of an oral sermorelin product exists, and at 16 of 30 sellers that sell both, the tablet costs the same as the injection or more.

Frequently asked
- How much does sermorelin cost at NiceRx?
- The injection costs $155 every four weeks on the monthly plan, or $139 and $128 a month on prepaid three- and six-month plans. The tablets cost $149 every four weeks monthly, with prepaid plans at $143 and $137 a month.
- Is NiceRx billed monthly or every four weeks?
- Every four weeks. The plans are labeled per month, but the monthly plan bills every four weeks and ships every four weeks. That means thirteen charges a year, so the monthly injection plan totals $2,015 over a year.
- What dose of sermorelin does NiceRx prescribe?
- NiceRx lists a typical injection of 200 to 300 mcg under the skin each night before bed. The tablet is one 1,000 mcg tablet before bed, five nights a week. Your provider sets the dose and can change it, and the price does not change with dose.
- Can I cancel NiceRx sermorelin?
- Yes. NiceRx says you can pause or cancel any time, and monthly plans carry no commitment. The three- and six-month plans are prepaid at a lower monthly price, so you pay for the whole term up front.
- Is the $50 off a regular NiceRx price?
- No. NiceRx offers $50 off your first month of sermorelin. From the next billing cycle you pay the plan's standard price, such as $155 every four weeks for the monthly injection plan.
