Trava Health is an online telehealth brand known mostly for GLP-1 weight loss. It also sells peptide therapy, anti-aging and skincare products. Sermorelin is sold as an injection in a 5 mL vial that arrives ready to use, with no mixing. Trava says all its peptides are made in the US and ships to all 50 states. The storefront lives at the Take Trava site, not the similar-looking Trava Health domain, which is a parked page.
How it works
You start with an online questionnaire about your goals and health, and Trava matches you with a provider licensed in your state. The provider reviews your answers, chats with you, and decides whether to prescribe. Each product has its own qualification quiz, and checkout takes one product at a time, so adding NAD+ later means a second order. You're only charged after the prescription is written, which is a nice protection. If you're approved, a licensed pharmacy fills the order and ships it via FedEx in insulated packaging. The product page says orders usually arrive in 2 to 3 business days, while the pricing page advertises free next-day shipping. Around Thanksgiving and Christmas, Trava warns of carrier delays of about five to seven days. After that, you can message your provider any time through the patient portal. The site doesn't describe bloodwork or follow-up checks for sermorelin, so ask whether labs are part of your plan.
Pricing transparency
Sermorelin is $157.91 a month on the monthly plan, about $1,895 over a year. Trava says the doctor visit is included in that price, shipping and handling are free, and there's no membership program or add-on fee. A quarterly plan bills three months at once. Trava says it saves $125.82 on sermorelin, and "up to 33%" across its range, but doesn't print the quarterly total. If that saving comes off three monthly payments of $157.91, a quarter would be about $348, or roughly $116 a month. Ask Trava to confirm the quarterly charge before you choose it. Pricing also depends on the strength your provider prescribes, with lower strengths costing less and higher strengths more. So $157.91 is the listed starting point, and your bill can move with your dose. To cancel or change a subscription, use the patient portal, email support or call Trava. Timing matters. A first order can only be canceled before the doctor writes the prescription. A refill must be canceled at least 48 hours before it goes to the pharmacy. Once an order reaches the pharmacy, it cannot be canceled or refunded, and Trava does not refund partly used months.
Branded vs compounded
Trava's sermorelin is compounded, and its product page says plainly that "compounded sermorelin has not been reviewed or approved by the FDA." That's true of all sermorelin sold in the US today. Trava names the two pharmacies that fill its peptides, Optimal Balanced Pharmacy and VialsRx. It also says third-party testing is done by Eagle Analytics, a lab in Houston. Side effects it lists include injection-site reactions, headache, flushing and dizziness. The page doesn't give a dose or how many nights a week to inject; your provider sets that.
