Voxy review
By Nora Vance · Updated October 2026
All-in membership, price at checkout
Voxy sells sermorelin as a nightly injection under one membership that bundles the visit, the medication, supplies and shipping. It does not show the membership price until checkout.
Our verdict
Voxy promises a simple all-in membership with no surprise pharmacy bills, and its sermorelin page explains what that membership includes in plain terms. What it leaves out is the number. The price is confirmed only at checkout, after the free assessment, so you cannot compare Voxy with other sellers until you are partway through signing up.

What it is
Voxy is a cash-pay telehealth company based in Scottsdale, Arizona. It prescribes semaglutide, tirzepatide, NAD+, glutathione and sermorelin. Sermorelin is pitched for sleep, recovery and vitality, and it comes as a subcutaneous injection, usually taken at night before bed. Voxy stresses that its medication is compounded by a licensed U.S. pharmacy and says it does not source from overseas or sell research chemicals. Prescriptions come from Arora Health & Aesthetics, a medical group based in Seattle. The pharmacy that prepares and ships the medication is VialsRX in Houston, Texas.
How it works
The start is a free online assessment that takes about five minutes. Voxy says no lab work or doctor visit is needed to begin. A licensed provider reviews your answers, usually within 24 hours, and designs a sermorelin protocol if you are a fit. The medication then ships free from a 503A pharmacy and arrives in two to five days, with the supplies and step-by-step guidance to inject at home. After that, the membership includes check-ins, protocol adjustments and messaging with the care team whenever you need it. Services depend on where Voxy's providers are licensed, so availability varies by state. Voxy's general how-it-works page describes a fuller path for its treatments. It starts with a free 30-minute telehealth consult with a nurse practitioner, and labs through Quest or LabCorp if needed. Ongoing care there includes monthly telehealth check-ins and quarterly labs. That page puts delivery at three to five business days, about three weeks from consult to first dose. Ask which path applies to your sermorelin plan.
Pricing transparency
Voxy sells sermorelin as a single membership and says it covers the whole protocol: the telehealth visit, the compounded medication, supplies, shipping and ongoing care. That is a helpful promise, since it rules out a separate pharmacy bill. But no price appears on the page. The only pricing line says final pricing is confirmed at checkout after the free assessment, and that you can cancel anytime. Before you pay, ask for the monthly charge, whether longer plans cost less per month, and how cancellation works mid-cycle. The homepage calls it one simple monthly membership that you can cancel anytime, so expect a recurring monthly charge. Ask too whether quarterly labs are part of the fee or billed by the lab.
Branded vs compounded
Like every sermorelin sold in the US today, Voxy's is compounded and not FDA-approved. Its own footer says compounded medications are not reviewed by the FDA for safety or efficacy. Voxy does say each batch is third-party tested for potency, sterility, endotoxins and pH before it ships, which is more than many sellers mention. Shipments go out in discreet, temperature-controlled packaging with syringes, alcohol swabs and written injection instructions. The sermorelin page does not state the dose or vial size, so you will learn how much drug a month buys only after a provider writes the plan. Voxy says sleep often improves first, within a few weeks, while recovery and body composition build over weeks to months. Mild redness where you inject is the most common side effect it lists.

The evidence behind what Voxy prescribes
We grade the molecules, not the marketing. Here is what the human data actually shows for each thing on their menu.
- Does sermorelin work? What the trials actually measured
Sermorelin reliably makes your pituitary release growth hormone. Beyond that the evidence is one placebo-controlled trial in 19 adults from 1997 — lean body mass up in men only, nothing in women, and no effect on sleep in either.
- Is Sermorelin FDA-Approved? The Real Answer
Sermorelin was FDA-approved once, under a different name, and that approval is gone. What is sold today is compounded — which is legal, but not the same thing as approved.
