Our verdict
Arc-1 is unusually specific about what you're buying, with two named doses at two prices. It's also one of the pricier ways to get sermorelin online, and its "as low as" subscription price isn't something you can select on the page.

Arc-1 is a longevity telehealth brand founded by Dr. Todd Stearns, a board-certified OB-GYN who practices in Las Vegas. Its catalog includes NAD+, glutathione, B12, metformin, rapamycin, enclomiphene, GLP-1 medications and ED treatment. Sermorelin is sold as a subcutaneous injection in two strengths, both taken nightly Monday through Friday. There's no tablet or nasal form. The site displays LegitScript, HIPAA and US-licensed-pharmacy badges. A banner on every page reads "Website under construction for a better patient experience." Sermorelin isn't available in Arkansas, Indiana, Minnesota, South Carolina or Puerto Rico.
How it works
Arc-1 reverses the usual order. You choose your dose, add sermorelin to your cart and pay first. Then you complete a secure intake form for one of its licensed practitioners to review. Arc-1 says there's no consultation fee at checkout. If you're approved, the prescription ships free, fast and discreetly. If you're not, ask how the refund works before you order, since payment comes before the medical review. Arc-1 offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and says you have 30 days after receiving an order to request a return. Its refund policy is stricter than the badge suggests. A return must be unused and in its original packaging, you need to request it by email first, and approved refunds can take six to eight weeks to reach your card. The product page also says "As low as $239.99 per month with subscription" and "Subscribe and save $60 on every refill." There's no subscription option to choose on the page, though, so you can't confirm that rate before checkout. Ask Arc-1 how to get the $239.99 price before you pay $299.99. Insurance isn't needed.
Branded vs compounded
Sermorelin isn't sold as an FDA-approved drug in the US, so Arc-1's injection is compounded by a pharmacy, which the site doesn't name. The FDA doesn't review compounded drugs before they're dispensed. Arc-1 deserves credit for naming the doses it sells, which lets you compare cost per microgram with other sellers. At $299.99, the 300 mcg plan covers about 22 weekday injections a month. Common side effects Arc-1 lists are redness, swelling or pain where you inject. It also advises talking to your doctor first if you have a hormone imbalance or an autoimmune condition. Arc-1 pitches sermorelin to adults over 30 who notice lower energy, slower metabolism or reduced muscle, and to people sleeping poorly under stress. Those are marketing aims, not promised results.
