What it is

Arc-1 sells sermorelin as a nightly injection, in two doses: 300 mcg five nights a week at the entry price, and 450 mcg five nights a week at a higher one. No oral or nasal option is offered. What ships is a compounded preparation, not an FDA-approved drug — sermorelin's only branded version, Geref, was discontinued as a business decision, not a safety finding, and nothing has replaced it since.

How it works

Arc-1's product page carries a site banner reading "Website under construction for a better patient experience." The product itself is "not available in Arkansas, Indiana, Minnesota, Puerto Rico, or South Carolina." Dosing is nightly, Monday through Friday, at either 300 mcg or 450 mcg.

Pricing transparency

Arc-1's product cards state "Sermorelin Injections — From $299.99," and the same figure is carried by the page's own Shopify product object. That is the entry dose, at 300 mcg, recorded here. A 450 mcg dose is priced at $399.99. The product page's only other figure is "As low as $239.99 per month with subscription," explained by a note reading "Subscribe and save $60 on every refill." No subscription control appears anywhere on the page, and the product declares no Shopify selling plan, so $239.99 is advertised with no visible way to select it. $299.99 is published here because it is the price a buyer can actually reach.

Branded vs compounded

No FDA-approved sermorelin product exists on the US market. Arc-1's injection is a compounded preparation, made to order by a pharmacy rather than dispensed as an FDA-reviewed finished drug, and it requires a prescription.
