What it is

Invyncible is a direct-pay telehealth brand owned by Nationwide Telemedicine, LLC, based in St. Petersburg, Florida. It sells weight-loss, recovery and wellness treatments, including a sermorelin injection program. Invyncible itself provides the technology and administrative support. Independently owned medical practices make the medical decisions, and independent licensed pharmacies prepare and ship the medication. Insurance is not used. The sermorelin is sold as a 9 mg product, and the page states plainly that it is not available in California or Oregon.

How it works

You pick the sermorelin program and complete an intake covering your health history, medications and goals. A licensed provider reviews it and decides whether sermorelin is appropriate. A prescription is not guaranteed. If you are prescribed, the provider sets the formulation, dose, schedule and how long treatment should last, and may ask for follow-up or lab tests. A licensed pharmacy then prepares the medication and ships it to you with dosing and storage instructions. Invyncible says prescriptions are usually processed within five to seven business days after payment, before shipping starts. Refills are not automatic. You log in, pick your past treatment and request a refill, and a provider reviews it before the pharmacy fills it. Invyncible suggests asking at least a week before you run out. A yearly or twice-yearly consultation may be required even for a refill. You can also ask for your prescription to go to a pharmacy you choose. A US-based support team answers by phone, email and chat, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern.

Pricing transparency

The page lists "Sermorelin 9mg" at $179.10, beside a crossed-out $199.00. $179.10 is the price you pay. You can also split it into five payments of $35.82. There is no subscription and no monthly plan. You choose a quantity and reorder when you need more, at whatever the price is then. That makes it easy to stop, but harder to budget. How long 9 mg lasts depends on the dose your provider prescribes, and the page does not say. Ask the provider how many weeks one unit covers before comparing it with a monthly price elsewhere. Shipping is chosen at checkout from standard, two-day, overnight and overnight cold options. Medication that needs refrigeration ships by overnight cold only. The page does not say what each option costs, so check the total at checkout.

Branded vs compounded

There is no FDA-approved sermorelin on the US market, so Invyncible's program uses sermorelin compounded for each patient. The page says so directly, noting that compounded drugs are not FDA-approved or FDA-reviewed. The product is listed as 9 mg. The page also says concentration, vial size, supplies and storage can vary by prescription, pharmacy and state, so the exact vial you receive may differ. Supplies come only when the dispensing pharmacy includes them, so ask whether syringes are in the box. Invyncible is careful in how it describes results. It says sermorelin has not been proven to improve sleep, energy, body composition or aging, and that no outcome is guaranteed.
