MangoRx is an online men's health brand that started with erectile dysfunction treatments. It also sells testosterone, hair-loss and weight-loss treatments, and now sermorelin. It connects customers with licensed medical providers through its online platform, with medication made by a partner pharmacy. Sermorelin is sold as an injection only, in a 30-day supply. MangoRx describes it as a peptide that prompts your pituitary to release its own growth hormone, rather than replacing growth hormone directly. The page is written for men who want to optimize performance. It names the signs it targets: fatigue, brain fog, low energy, slow recovery, slow wound healing and restless sleep. Like all sermorelin sold in the US, it is compounded and not FDA-approved.

How it works

You start with an online medical questionnaire about your goals and history. A licensed provider reviews it in writing, with no live appointment needed, and decides whether sermorelin may fit. If you are approved, your plan and supply ship to your door in discreet packaging. MangoRx gives you a step-by-step guide to start at home, with on-call clinical support. Your provider checks in at one month and reassesses with you at three months. After that, refills ship automatically, and you can also request one from the prescriptions tab in your account. A prescription usually stays active for a year from the date it was written, or until its refills run out. MangoRx ships to 46 states and Washington, DC. Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas and Mississippi are not on its list. It does not ship to P.O. boxes, and no signature is needed at delivery. You must be at least 18. Pricing transparency

Sermorelin is $185 a month, or about $6 a day. It is billed monthly, and you can pause or cancel at any time. The price covers the provider consultation and review, a 30-day supply, a personalized plan, free shipping and ongoing provider support. There is no prepay discount or intro rate shown. No insurance is needed. Insurance is not accepted, and MangoRx takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Because refills ship automatically, cancel before the next one goes out. You can cancel the subscription from the Subscriptions tab in your account. If the provider declines you, the order is canceled and the charge refunded to your card. The refund policy is narrow. A prescription is refunded if it was filled in error or canceled before it was filled. Damaged deliveries must be reported within seven days, and all refund requests within 30 days. Requests go to the customer support inbox, and refunds can take 7 to 10 business days to reach your card.

Branded vs compounded

The sermorelin page does not publish a dose, vial size or concentration. It says only that the provider sets a scheduled dosing plan. Ask for the vial strength and the weekly dose before you order if you want to compare MangoRx with other sellers on cost per milligram. Medication comes from US-licensed pharmacies, and MangoRx says its partner pharmacy compounds every prescription under strict quality controls. The page lists recovery, sleep and body composition as goals. It also says that healthy sleep, nutrition and exercise still matter alongside treatment. MangoRx lists the common side effects as redness or soreness at the injection site, headache, flushing or mild dizziness. It asks you to tell your provider about every medication and condition before starting.
