Our verdict
Elara MD is a small telehealth clinic with two sermorelin options: a troche from $249 a month and an injection from $349. Both prices are for a starting dose, and your provider may change it. Two things set it apart. Refills are not charged automatically, so you approve each month yourself, and Elara names the pharmacy that fills its prescriptions. The trade-offs are a high injection price and a strict no-cancel, no-return policy once an order is placed.

Elara MD is a virtual healthcare provider that offers weight-loss and wellness treatments with no insurance required. Its sermorelin comes in two forms, each on its own product page. How it works

Elara does not publish what higher doses cost. You are billed when your medication ships, not when you sign up, and the visit itself is free. There is no membership fee, subscription or long-term plan. Note the firm policy, though: orders begin processing right away, cannot be canceled or changed once submitted, and medication cannot be returned.
Branded vs compounded
Both forms are compounded prescriptions, prepared by Strive Pharmacy and not reviewed by the FDA as finished drugs. Neither page states a dose amount, vial size or troche strength. The injection is the route used in most published sermorelin research, while the troche trades that for convenience. Elara's injection page says it is currently not available to patients in California because of state or pharmacy restrictions.
