Oak sells sermorelin as a vial with supplies, though its own checkout flow never uses the word injection anywhere in the sequence. The format is confirmed instead by the shipment description, "℞Medication vial + supplies," and a product photograph of a labeled vial. No oral or nasal option is offered. What ships is a compounded preparation rather than an FDA-approved drug — sermorelin's only branded version, Geref, was discontinued as a business decision, not a safety finding, and nothing has replaced it since.

How it works

There is no sermorelin product page on Oak's main site. The homepage tile reading "Sermorelin Peptides" is a tracking link into a second host, checkout.oaklovesyou.com, which leads to a questionnaire step before any price appears. That step is titled "Personalized program, with no hidden membership fees," and states the program "includes Consult Doctor." Nowhere in that flow does Oak state a dose, a strength, or an injection schedule.

Pricing transparency

Oak's questionnaire shows "In stock · Sermorelin · $200/mo · 4 week supply · Included in your shipment: ℞Medication vial + supplies · Oak Longevity Program™ includes Consult Doctor." Three things stop that $200 being recordable as Oak's price. First, Oak's own FAQ on the same screen says it is not the final number: "The final charge of your prescription is dependent on the ultimate dosage prescribed by the doctor. Typically, every step increase in dosage is approximately $50 - $75 more (but may differ at various times). Please note you will automatically be charged after your approval and you agree to pay the final price at the time of prescribing by the doctor." Second, Oak prices the identical line differently elsewhere on its own site: oaklovesyou.com/employers advertises "Longevity & Metabolic Support Peptides — NAD+, Glutathione, Sermorelin — From $167 / month." Third, "$200/mo" sits directly above "4 week supply," which is thirteen refills a year for anyone staying on it rather than twelve. Two conflicting figures and a stated variable dose surcharge is not a number a reader can act on.

Branded vs compounded

No FDA-approved sermorelin product exists on the US market. Oak's vial is a compounded preparation, made to order by a pharmacy rather than dispensed as an FDA-reviewed finished drug, and it requires a prescription. Oak's own FAQ ties the final charge to the dosage a doctor prescribes, so two buyers on the same program can end up paying different amounts.
