What it is

Bodybuilding Health+ is an online telehealth brand run by Dynamo Group LLC in Boca Raton, Florida. It sells GLP-1 weight-loss medication, NAD+, sexual-health treatment and sermorelin. Sermorelin comes two ways. The injection is a subcutaneous shot timed with the body's nighttime growth hormone release. The ODT is a tablet that dissolves under the tongue and is taken daily, for people who would rather avoid needles. Your provider recommends which one fits you. Both are compounded prescriptions prepared by US-registered pharmacies, and neither is FDA-approved.

How it works

You start with an online medical quiz that the company says takes two to three minutes. There is no commitment until a provider approves you. One of its contracted licensed providers reviews your answers and writes a treatment plan. If approved, the medication ships from a US-registered pharmacy in discreet packaging. Bodybuilding Health+ fills prescriptions through a partner pharmacy by default, but says you can name a different licensed pharmacy instead. The page does not publish a dose for either format, so the provider sets your protocol. Its care team answers by email or phone, and the homepage promises ongoing provider check-ins as your goals change. The company says it treats patients in all 50 states, though specific services can vary by state with provider licensing. Plans can be adjusted or canceled at any time by contacting support, and there is no separate monthly membership. On timing, Bodybuilding Health+ says most people notice better sleep and energy within the first two to four weeks. Changes in body composition, muscle tone and recovery usually take three to six months of steady use. Its FAQ says sermorelin is often paired with other hormone, metabolic or performance programs, and your provider decides what fits together.

Pricing transparency

For the injection, one month costs $159. The three-month plan is $497, billed automatically, which works out to $165.67 a month. That is $6.67 a month more than paying monthly, so there is no reason to choose it on price alone. Over a year, monthly injections come to $1,908, while four three-month plans come to $1,988. For the tablet, one month costs $119 and the three-month plan is $99 a month, billed as $297. That one does save money: $60 over three months, or $1,188 a year against $1,428 paying monthly. Both format cards also advertise "Starting at $129/mo (first month)." The page does not say which plan that first-month rate applies to. For the tablet it is higher than the $119 monthly price, so confirm what you will actually be charged before you pay. The terms say consultation fees are not refundable and that all sales of prescription products are final.

Branded vs compounded

There is no FDA-approved sermorelin on the US market, so both formats are compounded to order. Bodybuilding Health+ says so plainly in its disclaimer. The injection is the route used in the published human research on sermorelin. The dissolving tablet is far less studied, though it avoids needles and is cheaper here, especially on the three-month plan. The page does not say how strong either product is or name the pharmacy that makes it. Ask your provider for the dose and the pharmacy name before you commit to a longer plan.
