Spry review
By Nora Vance · Updated October 2026
Simple page, few details
Spry sells sermorelin for $249 a month through a short online visit with a licensed provider. It pitches sermorelin as part of a peptide stack and as a partner to GLP-1 weight loss.
Our verdict
Spry keeps things simple: one sermorelin product, one monthly price and a three-step online visit. Simple also means sparse. Spry does not publish a dose or a pharmacy, and its billing terms are brief. At $249 a month, which is on the high side for sermorelin, get those answers first.

What it is
Spry is a telehealth brand selling weight loss and longevity treatments, formerly known as Victory Health Medical Group. Its about page credits a small founding team covering clinical strategy, patient experience and operations, and says board-certified providers review every intake. Its weight-loss line has semaglutide and tirzepatide. Its longevity line has three peptides: BPC-157 for recovery, NAD+ for cellular energy and sermorelin for sleep and recovery. Spry's own guide presents the three together as its "Anti-Aging Stack." It also suggests adding sermorelin for people on semaglutide or tirzepatide who worry about losing muscle. Spry's longevity page says most of its peptides are given as an injection under the skin, and its sermorelin guide discusses nightly injections.
How it works
Getting started takes three steps. First you complete an online visit, answering questions about your health, lifestyle and goals. Next a licensed provider reviews your intake and writes a personalized treatment plan. If sermorelin is prescribed, it is delivered to your door. Spry confirms on the sermorelin page that a prescription is required, and that its providers decide whether sermorelin is right for you. The longevity page says your provider guides you through injecting and provides everything you need. Shipping is described only as fast and discreet. Spry does not describe follow-up visits, dose changes or lab work on the pages that sell sermorelin. Its care team answers by phone or message, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern. You must be 18 or older.
Pricing transparency
Sermorelin costs $249 a month, according to Spry's longevity page. The sermorelin product page shows the same $249.00 without the "per month" label. BPC-157 is also $249 a month and NAD+ is $299 a month, so a three-peptide stack would add up quickly. Spry does not publish multi-month discounts, a first-month offer or any membership fee. At the listed rate, three months costs $747 and a year $2,988. The sermorelin pages say nothing about renewals, but Spry's terms cover the basics. Payments run through third-party processors. If you pay part of an order up front, the balance is charged after the telehealth approval. You can cancel a subscription or order any time before it ships, with a refund except for consultation fees, which are non-refundable. Partly completed services are not refunded. Ask whether shipping and supplies are included in the $249.
Branded vs compounded
There is no FDA-approved sermorelin on the US market, so Spry's sermorelin is compounded for each patient. Spry's sermorelin pages do not mention compounding, name a pharmacy or give a dose, strength or vial size. That makes $249 hard to compare with sellers that publish how much drug a month buys. Spry's guide describes sermorelin as working with the body's own growth hormone release rather than replacing it. It also cites published studies, which are general research, not results from Spry's own patients.
Pros and watch-outs
What we like
- One clear monthly price, shown on two pages
- Short three-step online visit
- Licensed provider writes the plan
- Can be paired with Spry's GLP-1 programs
Watch-outs
- $249 a month is on the high side for sermorelin
- No dose, strength or pharmacy named
- Consultation fees are non-refundable, and the fee is not stated
- Compounding not disclosed on the sermorelin page
- No follow-up or lab steps described
Best for
Spry weight-loss patients who want to add sermorelin with the same provider, and buyers who value a short, simple sign-up over detailed product information.
Who should look elsewhere
Price-conscious shoppers, or anyone who wants to see the dose and the pharmacy before paying. Spry publishes neither.
The evidence behind what Spry prescribes
We grade the molecules, not the marketing. Here is what the human data actually shows for each thing on their menu.
- Does sermorelin work? What the trials actually measured
Sermorelin reliably makes your pituitary release growth hormone. Beyond that the evidence is one placebo-controlled trial in 19 adults from 1997 — lean body mass up in men only, nothing in women, and no effect on sleep in either.
- Is Sermorelin FDA-Approved? The Real Answer
Sermorelin was FDA-approved once, under a different name, and that approval is gone. What is sold today is compounded — which is legal, but not the same thing as approved.
- Sermorelin Dosage Chart: mcg, mL and Units vs. the Trial Dose
A mcg-to-mL-to-units chart with the math shown, the doses sermorelin trials actually used, how they compare to what sellers market, and why nobody has tested a “bodybuilding dose” in a controlled study.
