Factor Health MD review
By Nora Vance · Updated October 2026
Video visit, mid-range price
Factor Health MD sells sermorelin injections from $176 a month after a free video consultation. It is a small Florida telehealth practice that also sells bundles pairing sermorelin with other injectables.
Our verdict
Factor Health MD is a straightforward option at a mid-range monthly price, with a real video visit before anything is prescribed. Its pages are short on detail, though. Its homepage card shows a lower price than the sermorelin page, and the refund terms add a $50 fee to canceled orders.

What it is
Factor Health MD is a cash-pay telehealth practice based in St. Petersburg, Florida. It sells weight loss, longevity and vitamin injectables, plus hair loss and erectile dysfunction treatments. Sermorelin is one of its two longevity products, beside NAD+. It is sold as an injection. Factor Health MD does not ship or dispense medication itself. Orders ship directly from third-party U.S. compounding pharmacies. Its weight-loss programs carry a three-month commitment, but its refund terms apply that rule to weight-loss medication only, not to sermorelin.
How it works
You choose sermorelin, then fill out a short medical intake form online. A provider then reviews it, and Factor Health MD requires a two-way video appointment for every patient before prescribing. The consultation is free. If you are approved, your prescription ships to your home in discreet packaging. The FAQ says lab work is sometimes required to confirm eligibility. Depending on your care plan, refills come in 30-, 60- or 90-day supplies. If you are not approved, Factor Health MD refunds the payment in full. You must be 18 or older and live in, or be present in, a state where Factor Health MD operates. The site does not list those states. You can fill your prescription at another licensed pharmacy if you prefer, but Factor Health MD warns that its pricing may not apply there.
Pricing transparency
Sermorelin starts at $176 a month, and the sermorelin page ties that price to a 2 mg/mL strength. The pricing page agrees on $176. The homepage card says $140 a month, a figure neither of those pages repeats, so plan on $176. The pricing page also sells three bundles that include sermorelin. They cost $460, $485 and $620, each paired with other injectables such as L-carnitine, glutathione or NAD+. Payments renew automatically each month until you cancel. Factor Health MD asks for 14 days' notice before your next billing date. A canceled order is refunded minus a $50 administrative fee, but only if it has not yet gone to the pharmacy. Once the pharmacy processes it, there is no refund. At $176 a month, three months costs $528 and a year $2,112. Factor Health MD takes HSA and FSA cards, does not take insurance and says there are no hidden fees. Its FAQ says your monthly payment covers everything, unless you choose a pharmacy outside its network.
Branded vs compounded
There is no FDA-approved sermorelin on the US market, so Factor Health MD's sermorelin is compounded. Its footer calls its compounding pharmacies "FDA-approved," which is loose wording. Compounding pharmacies are licensed by states, and the drugs they make are not FDA-approved. The sermorelin page gives a 2 mg/mL concentration but no vial volume or nightly dose, so you cannot tell how much drug a month's price buys. The refund page says Factor Health MD does not currently ship refrigerated products. Ask how the vial is packed and how to store it when it arrives.

The evidence behind what Factor Health MD prescribes
We grade the molecules, not the marketing. Here is what the human data actually shows for each thing on their menu.
- Does sermorelin work? What the trials actually measured
Sermorelin reliably makes your pituitary release growth hormone. Beyond that the evidence is one placebo-controlled trial in 19 adults from 1997 — lean body mass up in men only, nothing in women, and no effect on sleep in either.
- Is Sermorelin FDA-Approved? The Real Answer
Sermorelin was FDA-approved once, under a different name, and that approval is gone. What is sold today is compounded — which is legal, but not the same thing as approved.
- How to Store Sermorelin, Before and After Mixing
Powder versus reconstituted, fridge versus freezer, how long a mixed vial is realistically good for, and the signs a vial has gone off — with the real evidence, and the real gaps, laid out plainly.
