Sermorelin Picks

SynergyRx review

By Nora Vance · Updated October 2026

One figure, no plan behind it

SynergyRx lists a sermorelin injection from $275 on its products page, with no billing period beside it. It is mainly a GLP-1 weight-loss service, and its sermorelin details are settled in the consultation.

Our verdict

SynergyRx is a weight-loss telehealth service that also offers sermorelin, and the sermorelin side is thin. One product card says "Starting at $275" with no plan, dose or billing period. It does name its doctors and its partner pharmacies, which few sellers do. Treat it as a place to ask questions before you commit.

What it is

SynergyRx is an online clinic built around GLP-1 weight loss. Its homepage leads with medically supervised weight loss and says it has more than 50,000 patients. Beyond weight loss, its catalog has tabs for longevity, hair, sexual health and skin. Sermorelin sits on the Longevity tab as an injection, next to NAD+, glutathione, B12 and PT-141. There is no dedicated sermorelin page. Everything a shopper learns about it comes from the product card, the general FAQ and the consultation.

How it works

The process has five steps. You complete a medical intake form online, then meet a licensed provider by telehealth. If you are approved, you get a personalized treatment plan. The medication ships from a licensed U.S. pharmacy, and you keep monthly check-ins and messaging access. SynergyRx names its medical group, Lion MD, and two of its physicians. It lists four partner pharmacies: Belmar Pharmacy, Strive Pharmacy, Epiq Scripts and Casa Pharma Rx. It says the service is available in all 50 states, subject to each state's telehealth rules. Before each refill, your provider reviews your progress and may adjust your dose. SynergyRx also promises 24/7 support with unlimited appointments and messaging.

Pricing transparency

The only sermorelin figure is "Starting at $275" on the product card. SynergyRx does not say whether that is a month, a vial or a longer supply. NAD+, glutathione and PT-141 carry the same $275 label. The FAQ says program pricing depends on your treatment plan and medication, and that transparent pricing is provided after your consultation. It adds that most plans include provider visits, the prescription, medication and follow-up care. Shipping is free, and the site says it accepts FSA and HSA cards. The refund terms are strict. Consultation fees are not refundable, and prescription products cannot be returned, so all sales are final. The About page also promises a money-back guarantee without explaining how it works. Ask for the price per month, what the first charge covers and how the guarantee applies before you pay.

Branded vs compounded

There is no FDA-approved sermorelin on the US market, so SynergyRx's sermorelin is compounded. The FAQ says it uses licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies that follow FDA and state rules. Those pharmacies can make a drug to a prescription, but the finished product is not FDA-approved. SynergyRx names four partner pharmacies, but not which one fills a sermorelin order. It states no dose, vial size or schedule for sermorelin. Ask the provider for the strength, the supply each order covers and how to store it.

Frequently asked

How much does sermorelin cost at SynergyRx?
The product card says "Starting at $275" and nothing more. SynergyRx does not say whether that covers a month or another supply. Its FAQ says exact pricing is given after your consultation, so ask for the monthly cost before you pay.
Who prescribes sermorelin at SynergyRx?
Licensed providers from Lion MD, the medical group SynergyRx names in its FAQ. You meet a provider by telehealth after an online intake, and a treatment plan follows only if you are medically approved.
Which pharmacy fills SynergyRx orders?
SynergyRx lists four partner pharmacies: Belmar Pharmacy, Strive Pharmacy, Epiq Scripts and Casa Pharma Rx. It does not say which one fills sermorelin. Ask which pharmacy will prepare your order if that matters to you.
Can I get a refund from SynergyRx?
Mostly not. SynergyRx's terms say consultation fees are not refundable and prescription products cannot be returned. Its About page mentions a money-back guarantee, so ask what it covers before you order.
Is SynergyRx available in my state?
SynergyRx says its telemedicine services are available in all 50 states, subject to each state's telehealth and prescribing rules. When you sign up, you are matched with a provider licensed in your state, if one is available.
Does SynergyRx take insurance for sermorelin?
SynergyRx's insurance answer is written about GLP-1 weight-loss drugs, which it says most plans do not cover through telemedicine. Compounded sermorelin is generally a cash purchase. SynergyRx says it accepts FSA and HSA cards, so you may be able to use pre-tax money.
What happens after I start sermorelin with SynergyRx?
SynergyRx describes monthly or quarterly check-ins and messaging access between them. Before each refill, your provider reviews your progress, adjusts the dose if needed and checks that treatment is still safe. Support is available around the clock.
