What it is
Everlife, based in Lewes, Delaware, sells physician-guided prescriptions and supplements for longevity, hormones, sexual health, sleep and weight loss. It says it is LegitScript certified and has served more than 100,000 patients across all 50 states. Its standard sermorelin comes two ways. The sublingual tablet dissolves under the tongue and comes in 500 mcg and 1,000 mcg strengths. The injectable is a 5 mL vial at 3 mg/mL, or 15 mg per vial. Everlife also sells a separate product, Sermorelin GHK, a sublingual tablet that adds the copper peptide GHK-Cu and L-citrulline to sermorelin. It starts at $148.99 a month and is a different formula, not a higher tier of the standard sermorelin.
How it works
You take a three-minute online quiz with no appointment. A licensed clinician in your state reviews it, usually within a couple of hours, and writes a prescription if appropriate. Some states and medications require a short video or phone visit first, which is included in the price. You also verify your identity with an ID and a selfie. Once approved, a US partner pharmacy compounds the medication, often ships the same day, and most orders arrive in three to five business days. The sermorelin page names Curexa, in New Jersey, as a partner pharmacy, and Everlife advertises round-the-clock clinical support. Follow-up messages with your clinician are free, and lab work can be done at more than 2,000 LabCorp or Quest locations, with results in your portal.

Both figures say "starting at", so a higher dose, such as the 1,000 mcg tablet, may cost more. Everlife does not list the price for each strength. Plans are subscriptions charged monthly or every two months, on the same date each cycle, at the time of each shipment. You are charged only when a clinician approves you and the pharmacy begins filling the order. Everlife does not bill insurance, but says most treatments and lab work are HSA and FSA eligible. Prescription medication cannot be returned once shipped.
Branded vs compounded
Everlife's sermorelin is compounded by US-licensed partner pharmacies and is not an FDA-approved drug. Everlife states the strength of both forms, so you know what a vial or tablet contains before you start. Everlife says it is typically taken five to seven nights a week before bed, with exact directions from your clinician. It sets a patient timeline: sleep and energy may improve within one to two months, and muscle tone and fat changes take three to six months. Side effects it lists include injection-site redness or swelling, headache, dizziness and flushing, and rarely nausea or an allergic reaction.
