What it is

Obu Health is an online clinic based in Las Vegas that prescribes compounded sermorelin, along with GLP-1 weight-loss drugs and NAD+. Sermorelin comes as an injection you give yourself at night. There is no troche or nasal spray. Obu Health describes sermorelin as a peptide that prompts your pituitary gland to release more of its own growth hormone, rather than replacing it. It says this keeps your natural feedback loop in place, unlike injecting growth hormone directly. The company pitches it for recovery, sleep and lean body composition. It says many patients notice better sleep within two to four weeks, while recovery and body changes build over three to six months alongside good nutrition and training. Treat those as the company's expectations, not a promise.

How it works

You start with a short online health questionnaire. Obu Health uses the MD Integrations provider network, and a doctor licensed in your state reviews your answers. The company says you should hear back within about 24 hours. Some states require a video visit or live chat first, and the doctor will contact you to set that up. Expect to upload a photo ID and a selfie, because state rules require the doctor to see who they are treating. You must be 18 or older. If you are approved, a partner compounding pharmacy prepares the medication and ships it to your door by rush no-contact delivery, so nobody has to sign. Obu Health says it does not ship refrigerated products. Your plan price covers the consultation, ongoing care and dose adjustments, so a dose change should not bring a separate visit fee. You can message the team through a support ticket or call. The sermorelin page does not mention lab work, so ask whether your doctor will want bloodwork first and who pays for it.

Pricing transparency

There are two plans, both billed as subscriptions. The monthly plan is $149 a month, and Obu Health says you can cancel or pause it anytime. The three-month plan is $379, which works out to about $126 a month. Obu Health calls that its lowest rate and says the price stays the same every refill. Choosing three months saves $68 compared with three monthly payments. Both plans include the doctor visit and dose adjustments, and no membership fee is listed. The company says it bills you for the medication when it ships, not when you sign up. It does not take insurance. The refund rule is strict: once you are charged and the package is handed to the carrier, the sale is final. You can still cancel, change your card or update your address in your account before the next order ships. Lost or damaged packages are reshipped after you contact support. That is why the monthly plan is the safer first choice if you are new to sermorelin.

Branded vs compounded

There is no FDA-approved sermorelin on the US market, so Obu Health's injection is compounded for each patient. Obu Health says it is prepared by a US-licensed pharmacy under Section 503A, dispensed only on a patient-specific prescription, and is not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review the finished product. Its FAQ names two pharmacies that may fill orders, one in South Carolina and one in Florida. The product page describes nightly self-injection but gives no dose, no vial strength and no count of how long a vial lasts. Ask your doctor for those numbers, especially if you want to compare the cost with another seller. Obu Health lists mild flushing and injection-site soreness as the usual side effects, with headache or nausea less often. It says your provider adjusts the dose if needed. It also says sermorelin can sometimes be combined with NAD+ or a GLP-1 drug, after your provider reviews your full profile.
