The care itself comes from Tyde Medical Center, a physician-owned practice, with Tyde Wellness handling admin and technology. Sermorelin sits in its Health & Longevity program, listed as a growth peptide "starting at $189 /month" and available as an oral tablet or an injection. Tyde publishes its state list, which covers all 50 states, and you must be in one of them at the time of your visit.

How it works

You start by booking a free consultation or taking a short eligibility quiz. A Tyde clinician then reviews your health history, goals and symptoms to see whether sermorelin fits. If it's prescribed, the clinician sets a personalized protocol, and the medication ships to your home with instructions. Tyde says it follows up over time and adjusts the plan to how you're feeling, and you can message the care team. The site doesn't say whether bloodwork is part of the sermorelin program, so ask. Tyde was started, it says, by people frustrated with telehealth companies that never followed up, and ongoing support is its main pitch. A badge near the top advertises a satisfaction promise, but it reads "0-Day", so ask what the promise covers and for how long. Tyde lists a phone line and a team email for questions.

Pricing transparency

The only sermorelin price Tyde shows is on its Health & Longevity page: "Starting at $189 /month," for a product offered as both a tablet and an injection. The sermorelin page itself shows no price, plan or ladder. So $189 is a floor, and the page doesn't say which format or dose it buys. Billing runs through Tyde Medical Center's membership program, charged automatically every four weeks or every month, depending on your plan. You can cancel before your renewal date in the patient portal or by emailing the team. A cancellation that arrives on or after the renewal date applies to the next cycle. Refunds after a renewal are at Tyde's discretion, minus any costs already incurred, and prescription medication is final sale once dispensed. Tyde also notes that fees can change with 30 days' email notice.

Branded vs compounded

Tyde's sermorelin is compounded by independent pharmacies, and the site notes that the FDA doesn't review or approve compounded medications. That's true of all sermorelin sold in the US today. Tyde lists its pharmacy partners by name, among them Belmar Pharma Solutions, Casa Pharma, Olympia Pharmacy and Red Rock Home Pharmacy, and says which one fills your order can depend on your location. The sermorelin page gives no dose, and the listed side effects include mild injection-site irritation, temporary headache or nausea, and flushing or lightheadedness. Tyde says sermorelin is not for anyone pregnant, nursing or with an active cancer. The page is candid that large outcome trials for sermorelin are limited, and it leans on how the peptide works rather than on promised results. The marketing still talks up muscle, recovery and energy. Tyde's personalized dosing is a plus, but it means you won't know your dose until the clinician sets it.
