How it works
You start with an online evaluation that takes about five minutes, with no appointment. Maximus says sermorelin needs no lab testing and no video visit, because it is not a controlled substance. The medication ships free in discreet, temperature-safe packaging. Maximus describes the kit in detail: a pre-filled liquid vial that needs no mixing, small-gauge needles and syringes, and alcohol pads. The standard dose it lists is 1 mg five days a week, and each 20 mg vial is a 28-day supply at that dose. In California the vial and dose are smaller. Pricing transparency
Maximus prices its growth hormone peptide program on three plans: $299.99 a month for one month, $274.99 a month on a two-month plan, and $199.99 a month on a six-month plan. The sermorelin page shows only "Prescription starting at $199.99/mo," which is the six-month rate. If you want to try it for one month, plan on $299.99. The page adds that pricing varies by dosage, plan length and slightly by state, with the exact dose shown at checkout. Branded vs compounded
