Jently review
By Nora Vance · Updated October 2026
Named pharmacy, $199 or less on prepay
Jently sells sermorelin as an injection or a nasal spray at the same prices: $199 for one month, down to $119 a month on a prepaid year. It names the New York pharmacy that compounds it.
Our verdict
Jently is a good pick if you want to know exactly where your sermorelin is made. It names its compounding pharmacy, prices both formats the same and shows every plan length on the page. The trade-offs are a high one-month price and steep savings that only come from paying for several months at once.

What it is
Jently is a New York City telehealth platform covering metabolic care, longevity and wellness, including GLP-1 medication, metformin, NAD+, glutathione and sermorelin. Care comes through MD Integrations, a national network of licensed providers, and Jently says every prescriber is a physician licensed in your state. Jently is not a pharmacy. Its sermorelin is compounded by Precision Compounding Pharmacy in Bellmore, New York, a state-licensed 503A pharmacy. Few sellers name their pharmacy this plainly. Sermorelin comes as an injection or a nasal spray, each with its own page.
How it works
You choose the injection or the spray and complete a secure online questionnaire about your history, symptoms and goals. A licensed provider reviews it and decides whether sermorelin fits. Starting an assessment does not guarantee a prescription. If approved, the provider writes an individual plan and the pharmacy ships it in discreet packaging with free cold-chain shipping, which keeps the medication chilled in transit. Follow-up care can include progress check-ins, side-effect questions and dose adjustments. Jently does not list excluded states, though it ships only where state law allows. If medication is lost, damaged or never arrives, Jently says it will reship it at no extra charge.
Pricing transparency
Both formats use the same ladder. One month is $199. Three months cost $477, or $159 a month. Six months cost $834, or $139 a month. Twelve months cost $1,428, or $119 a month. Each is labeled a one-time purchase, so the longer plans are paid in full up front. Jently calls the multi-month rates a founding member price-lock, which suggests they are for early customers and may not last. A $20 consultation fee is built into the price, not added on top, and shipping is free. Jently says there are no hidden fees and you can cancel anytime, and that recurring plans bill on the schedule you choose. It accepts HSA and FSA debit cards, and Klarna or Affirm may be offered at checkout once you are approved. Over a year, buying one month at a time costs $2,388, against $1,428 prepaid. Six single months cost $1,194, against $834. The refund window is short. Requests must come within 24 hours of ordering, before a prescription is written or anything ships.
Branded vs compounded
Jently's sermorelin is compounded, and the site states that compounded drugs are not FDA-approved for safety, efficacy or quality. The injection goes under the skin, and Jently says many patients take it once daily, often in the evening. Your provider sets the schedule and shows you how to prepare and give the injection. The nasal spray is also typically taken at night and absorbs through the lining of the nose. Neither page gives a dose, strength or vial size, so ask what a month's supply contains. Jently lists mild side effects, such as irritation where you inject, headache and temporary discomfort.

The evidence behind what Jently prescribes
We grade the molecules, not the marketing. Here is what the human data actually shows for each thing on their menu.
- Does sermorelin work? What the trials actually measured
Sermorelin reliably makes your pituitary release growth hormone. Beyond that the evidence is one placebo-controlled trial in 19 adults from 1997 — lean body mass up in men only, nothing in women, and no effect on sleep in either.
- Is Sermorelin FDA-Approved? The Real Answer
Sermorelin was FDA-approved once, under a different name, and that approval is gone. What is sold today is compounded — which is legal, but not the same thing as approved.
- What a 3-Month Sermorelin Prepay Actually Costs You
The monthly-equivalent rate on a sermorelin quarterly plan isn’t the real question. The real question is what you lose if you stop in month two — using real seller terms, not estimates.
- Sermorelin Without Insurance: HSA and FSA
Sermorelin is sold cash-pay, without insurance billing. How HSA and FSA eligibility generally works, which sellers say they accept the cards, and how it interacts with real prices.

Frequently asked
- How much does sermorelin cost at Jently?
- $199 for one month. Prepaying lowers the monthly rate: $477 for three months, $834 for six months or $1,428 for twelve, which is $119 a month. The injection and nasal spray cost the same.
- Who makes Jently's sermorelin?
- Precision Compounding Pharmacy in Bellmore, New York, a state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy. Jently itself is a telehealth platform, not a pharmacy.
- Is there a consultation fee at Jently?
- Jently lists a $20 consultation fee but says it is included in the price, not charged on top. There is no separate shipping charge.
- Should I choose Jently's injection or nasal spray?
- They cost the same, so it comes down to preference and your provider's advice. The injection goes under the skin, usually in the evening. The spray is taken at night through the nose and avoids needles.
- Can I use HSA or FSA money at Jently?
- Yes. Jently accepts pre-tax HSA and FSA debit cards, along with major credit cards. Klarna or Affirm may be offered at checkout once you are approved.
- How do I cancel Jently sermorelin?
- Jently says you can cancel anytime, but the request must reach it at least 48 hours before your next processing date to stop that payment. A later request usually takes effect from the following cycle. Refunds are not offered once a consultation is done or medication is dispensed.
- How long does Jently say sermorelin takes to work?
- Jently says some people notice changes over several weeks, while others take longer. It stresses steady use and monitoring by your provider. Sermorelin does not contain growth hormone; it signals your pituitary gland to release your own.
