Two formats, unclear price
HealthOn sells sermorelin as an injection or a sublingual tablet. It advertises them from $155 and $135 a month, with the plan length and final total set at checkout.
Our verdict
HealthOn is an online telehealth platform that sells sermorelin two ways, as an injection and as a dissolving tablet, with free expedited shipping and HSA and FSA eligibility. The problem is the price. The product pages say "From $155 / month" for the injection and "From $135 month" for the tablets, and the only discount it explains is up to $50 off a six-month plan. It never says which plan length the "from" figures belong to. Get the full total in writing before you pay. The FDA also sent HealthOn a warning letter in September 2025 about how it marketed compounded GLP-1 drugs, linked below.

HealthOn advertises personalized plans and on-demand medical support, with follow-ups and dose adjustments from its medical team. The medication arrives with the supplies and instructions you need. Plan options on the product pages mention a first month, a later monthly rate and billing every three months, but the figures are not filled in, so you will only see the plan structure during sign-up.
Pricing transparency
HealthOn does not give one clear sermorelin price. The injection page reads "From $155 / month" and the tablet page "From $135 month". Both add "Up to $50 off your 6-Month Plan - Discount shown at checkout". The pages do not say which plan length those "from" figures buy, or what a single month costs on its own. HealthOn's FAQ says pricing "varies by dosage and treatment duration" without giving numbers. Its cancellation policy adds one useful detail: HealthOn sells prepaid three-, six- and 12-month plans that you pay monthly while medication ships ahead. Renewals may be charged up to three days early. Ask for the monthly price, the plan length and how billing works before you share payment details.
Branded vs compounded
Both of HealthOn's sermorelin products are compounded prescriptions and are not FDA-approved, which HealthOn states on each page. Its FAQ says typical sermorelin dosing is about 100 to 300 mcg a day, usually in the evening, with your provider setting the exact dose. The injection is given under the skin; the tablet dissolves under the tongue. HealthOn's own timeline is upbeat: a boost in vitality in the first two weeks and more energy after four. Treat that as marketing, since sermorelin's effects usually build over months. HealthOn does not name the pharmacies it uses. As with any compounded peptide, ask your provider how much a vial or tablet pack contains and how long it should last at your dose.
