Revive Longevity review
By Nora Vance · Updated October 2026
$179 every 4 weeks, named pharmacy
Revive Longevity sells a nightly sermorelin injection for $179 every four weeks on subscription, or $449 for a three-month supply paid once. Your card is not charged until a provider approves the plan.
Our verdict
Revive Longevity is a tidy, well-disclosed way to buy sermorelin: three clear prices, a named pharmacy, all 50 states and no charge until a provider signs off. The subscription renews every four weeks rather than monthly, and the three-month one-time supply is the better deal if you already know you will stay on it.

What it is
Revive Longevity is a Florida telehealth company based in Hallandale Beach. It sells tirzepatide, NAD+, glutathione, a lipotropic B12 shot and sermorelin, grouped under longevity, vitality and weight programs. Prescriptions are written by licensed providers on the Telegra MD network and filled by Strive Pharmacy, a compounding pharmacy it describes as PCAB, NABP and LegitScript accredited. Its sermorelin page is medically reviewed by Diana Medina, a board-certified physician associate. It is a separate business from Revive Meds, another sermorelin seller with a similar name.
How it works
You fill out a short online wellness quiz about your goals and health history. A licensed provider in your state reviews it, holds a virtual consultation and decides whether to prescribe. You choose a plan at checkout, but your card is only authorized, not charged, until a provider approves it. Once approved, the product page promises shipping in one to two days. The shipping policy is more cautious and says most orders arrive within five to ten business days of approval. Shipping is free, in plain packaging, with cold packs for temperature-sensitive medication. Between doses you can reach the care team about dosing, side effects or progress. Revive Longevity serves all 50 states, but it does not ship temperature-sensitive orders to P.O. boxes.
Pricing transparency
There are three ways to pay. The subscription is $179 every four weeks, and you can cancel future renewals anytime. A one-time one-month supply is $199. A one-time three-month supply is $449, which works out to about $150 a month. The subscription's four-week cycle matters over a year: thirteen renewals come to $2,327, not twelve. If you already plan to stay on sermorelin for three months, the $449 option is the cheaper path. The site promises that plan prices are stated up front and do not change during your subscription. It does not take insurance, and shipping is free. The refund policy is strict. Compounded prescriptions cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once made. If you cancel before any clinical review or pharmacy cost, you may get a full refund, less a cancellation fee of up to $50. Once compounding has begun, no refund is issued. The policy also calls a completed consultation fee non-refundable, though the sermorelin page lists no separate fee.
Branded vs compounded
Revive Longevity's sermorelin is compounded under Section 503A, and the site says plainly that compounded sermorelin is not FDA-approved for adults. It explains that Geref, the branded version, was approved only for children and is no longer sold. Sermorelin is given as a daily injection under the skin, usually at bedtime. Your provider sets the dose and how long you stay on it based on your IGF-1 labs, age and goals. The page does not publish a dose in micrograms or a vial size, so ask what a four-week supply contains. The page recommends periodic IGF-1 and glucose checks, and invites you to share any recent IGF-1 or hormone labs before you start. Ask whether you need new bloodwork and who pays for it.

Best for
A shopper who wants a named pharmacy, a provider sign-off before any charge, and the option to save by buying three months at once.
Who should look elsewhere
Anyone comparing sellers on dose per dollar. Revive Longevity does not say how much sermorelin a four-week supply contains.
The evidence behind what Revive Longevity prescribes
We grade the molecules, not the marketing. Here is what the human data actually shows for each thing on their menu.
- Does sermorelin work? What the trials actually measured
Sermorelin reliably makes your pituitary release growth hormone. Beyond that the evidence is one placebo-controlled trial in 19 adults from 1997 — lean body mass up in men only, nothing in women, and no effect on sleep in either.
- Is Sermorelin FDA-Approved? The Real Answer
Sermorelin was FDA-approved once, under a different name, and that approval is gone. What is sold today is compounded — which is legal, but not the same thing as approved.
- Your IGF-1 Went Up. Did Sermorelin Actually "Work"?
IGF-1 rising is not the same as feeling better. The only adult sermorelin trial shows exactly where that gap sits — and who it did and didn't help.
- What a 3-Month Sermorelin Prepay Actually Costs You
The monthly-equivalent rate on a sermorelin quarterly plan isn’t the real question. The real question is what you lose if you stop in month two — using real seller terms, not estimates.

- No, it renews every four weeks. That means thirteen charges a year instead of twelve, or $2,327 for a full year on the subscription.
- When am I charged at Revive Longevity?
- Your card is authorized at checkout, but Revive Longevity says you are not charged until a licensed provider approves your plan. If you are not approved, you should not be billed for medication.

- Strive Pharmacy, the compounding pharmacy affiliated with the Telegra MD provider network. Revive Longevity describes it as PCAB, NABP and LegitScript accredited.
- Is Revive Longevity the same as Revive Meds?

- What if my Revive Longevity order arrives damaged?
- Contact the company within 48 hours of delivery. Its policy says it will work with its pharmacy partner to sort out a damaged or incorrect order, but it does not refund those orders. It also warns that a chargeback filed before contacting support can get your account suspended.
