Vyora Wellness is a physician-led telehealth brand. Most of its site is about compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, with coaching, nutrition help and a private support community. Sermorelin is one of its few other products, sold as an injection and listed as in stock. Its medical leaders are two physicians, Armen Aivazi, MD, and Alex Jabourian, DO. Vyora says it works with LegitScript-certified telehealth platforms. One page names 503A and 503B pharmacy partners, while its FAQ says it works strictly with licensed 503A pharmacies, so ask which one fills your order. It serves all 50 states. Its FAQ is a little softer, saying its pharmacy network reaches "nearly every state," so confirm your address at checkout. Members manage orders, plans and subscriptions in an online patient portal, and the FAQ mentions round-the-clock access to a coach.

How it works

You can add sermorelin to your cart directly or take a free assessment first. Then you fill out a secure medical intake form, and a licensed provider reviews whether you are eligible. Vyora's FAQ says most decisions come within 24 hours from the written form, with no video visit. Now and then a short phone call is needed. If you are approved, the prescription goes to a US pharmacy and usually arrives within 3 to 10 business days. Monthly subscriptions then ship every three weeks, so the next supply arrives before you run out. You can cancel at any time in your account or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Vyora also says a pause option may be available on some subscriptions, which stops billing until you restart. Each shipment comes with a confirmation email and tracking where the carrier provides it. Keep your address current in the portal, because a wrong address is your responsibility.

Pricing transparency

Sermorelin costs $189 a month. There is one plan, with no first-month discount, no prepay option and no coupon code. Shipping fees are shown at checkout rather than on the product page, so check the total before you pay. Read the refund rules first. If a provider does not approve you, you get a full refund to your card. Otherwise, approved refunds come back as Vyora account credit, which never expires. Once your prescription has gone to the pharmacy, a $50 doctor review fee comes out of any credit, even if nothing has shipped. Filled prescriptions cannot be returned. Vyora does not take insurance, though it says some members have paid with HSA or FSA funds. At the listed rate, three months costs $567, six months $1,134 and a year $2,268, before any shipping. Because supply ships every three weeks, ask whether your card is charged monthly or with each shipment. A card refund, when one applies, can take up to 30 days to arrive.

Branded vs compounded

Vyora's sermorelin is a compounded injection, prepared by a pharmacy for each patient. The product page gives no strength, dose or vial size, so ask your provider what a month's supply contains. Vyora says its partner pharmacies are licensed US 503A compounders. Its FAQ adds that each batch gets outside testing for potency, purity, sterility and endotoxins. The page pitches sermorelin for lean muscle, fat metabolism, sleep, recovery, skin, energy and mood, then notes that these uses are not FDA-approved. It lists mild irritation at the injection site and nausea as possible side effects. One line on the page needs a correction. It says sermorelin is FDA-approved for growth hormone deficiency in children. The branded version once approved for that use is no longer sold, and the compounded sermorelin sold today is not FDA-approved.
