The injection's Details panel names the form outright — "Sermorelin injection is a compounded prescription-only medication which may be prescribed by your clinician based on your individual needs." The troche has no product page of its own. Neither format is an FDA-approved drug; sermorelin's only branded version, Geref, was discontinued as a business decision, not a safety finding, and nothing has replaced it since.

Kin Meds' own FAQ describes how the injection renews: "You will receive a notification monthly to renew your prescription. Your provider will review your information monthly, and if eligible, you will have the option to continue your prescription. You will not be charged monthly unless you process your payment. Your monthly prescription is not automatically debited." So the charge recurs on a monthly review cycle, at the buyer's own initiative, rather than an automatic subscription. Kin Meds states plainly that the product is withheld in one state: "This product is currently not available for patients located in California (CA) due to state and/or pharmacy restrictions."

The monthly reading comes from Kin Meds' own FAQ describing a monthly renewal review, not from the price line itself. What the "Starts At" varies with is not published: the intake that would show it sits behind an account wall, and its configuration endpoint answers "Unauthorized" without one. The troche is priced differently — or rather, not priced at all. Kin Meds' all-treatments index lists "Sermorelin Troches" with a Get Started button and no figure beside it, while every neighboring card on that same page carries one.
