The monthly price is on the high side, but the three-month plan brings it down to $165 a month. The catch is the cancellation rule: the first order cannot be canceled once it goes to a physician.

Näky, run by Naky Health LLC, is a telehealth company selling compounded medications through licensed providers and partner pharmacies. Its catalog covers sermorelin, semaglutide, tirzepatide and NAD+. Sermorelin comes as a 3 mg multi-dose vial for injection, prepared by a state-licensed 503 pharmacy in the US.
