Revive Meds review
By Nora Vance · Updated October 2026
Two forms, no price before intake
Revive Meds offers sermorelin as an injection or an orally disintegrating tablet, with no membership or visit fees. It publishes no sermorelin price, so you only see the cost after starting an intake.
Our verdict
Revive Meds makes a good first impression for a sermorelin buyer: two formats, injection supplies included, no membership, a named medical group and no charge if you are not approved. It gives you very little to compare, though. There is no sermorelin price, no product page and no dose.

What it is
Revive Meds is an online wellness platform selling compounded GLP-1s, NAD+ in three forms, GHK-Cu cream and sermorelin. Sermorelin is listed on its homepage under longevity in two versions: an injection and an orally disintegrating tablet that dissolves in the mouth. The medical group behind it is Lion MD, and the site names its lead physicians with their national provider numbers. Revive Meds lists six partner pharmacies, including Belmar Pharmacy and Strive Pharmacy, but does not say which one makes its sermorelin. It is a different company from Revive Longevity, another sermorelin seller.
How it works
You choose a goal, then complete a health intake that starts by asking for your email. A licensed clinician reviews it before anything is prescribed or shipped. When you submit an order, Revive Meds places a temporary hold on your card, and if the clinician does not approve you, the hold is released and you are not charged. Approved orders are prepared by a state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy and ship free in discreet packaging. Revive Meds says orders ship within 48 hours, while its timeline places the first shipment in weeks two to four. Afterward, a patient portal handles refills and unlimited messages with your provider. In months two and three you check in with your provider and adjust as needed, and from month three on the plan is ongoing support and refills. It serves adults 18 and over in all 50 states, though some services vary by state.
Pricing transparency
Revive Meds does not publish a price for either sermorelin format, and there is no sermorelin page to check. The homepage promises no membership fees, no visit fees and no subscriptions, so you pay only for what you order, with no commitment. Medication, vials and injection supplies are included, and shipping is free. It mentions bundle and stack pricing for combined protocols without giving figures. For HSA or FSA use, you can request a letter of medical necessity through the portal. If a protocol is not working, contact Revive Meds within 30 days and it will adjust the protocol or apply a credit toward a different one. That is a credit, not a refund. Because there is no subscription, there is nothing to cancel between orders. You simply stop reordering. The site publishes no written refund or cancellation policy beyond that, so ask before your first order what happens if it arrives damaged.
Branded vs compounded
Both forms are compounded by state-licensed 503A pharmacies, and Revive Meds says its peptides are purity tested to 99% or better. It also says every peptide is compounded in FDA-registered US pharmacies. Registration is not approval, though, and compounded sermorelin is not an FDA-approved drug. The injection goes under the skin with a small needle. The tablet dissolves in the mouth and suits people who want to avoid needles, though Revive Meds does not compare the two forms. Neither listing gives a dose, a schedule or a supply length, so ask your clinician what a month contains and how often you take it.

Best for

Who should look elsewhere
Anyone comparing sellers on price or dose before handing over an email. Revive Meds publishes neither for sermorelin.
The evidence behind what Revive Meds prescribes
We grade the molecules, not the marketing. Here is what the human data actually shows for each thing on their menu.
- Does sermorelin work? What the trials actually measured
Sermorelin reliably makes your pituitary release growth hormone. Beyond that the evidence is one placebo-controlled trial in 19 adults from 1997 — lean body mass up in men only, nothing in women, and no effect on sleep in either.
- Is Sermorelin FDA-Approved? The Real Answer
Sermorelin was FDA-approved once, under a different name, and that approval is gone. What is sold today is compounded — which is legal, but not the same thing as approved.
- Sermorelin Tablets: What They Are, and What Has Never Been Tested
48 sellers offer sermorelin as a tablet, troche or capsule. No human trial of an oral sermorelin product exists, and at 16 of 30 sellers that sell both, the tablet costs the same as the injection or more.
- Sermorelin Pills vs. Injections: Price and Evidence Compared
Sermorelin tablets and troches are often priced the same as the injection, sometimes higher, and have never been tested in a human trial. Real prices, seller by seller.
