Brightmeds is a US telehealth company that sells compounded sermorelin by prescription, alongside GLP-1 medication, testosterone, NAD+ and glutathione. It says it has treated more than 20,000 members and shows a 4.7 rating on Trustpilot. Care comes from board-certified clinicians at partner medical groups, and its terms name two partner pharmacies that fill prescriptions. Brightmeds says it keeps the price low by buying directly from state-licensed sterile compounding pharmacies rather than through middlemen. Sermorelin is sold as one product, a small injection under the skin that you give yourself at home, usually in the evening. The schedule is set by your clinician. There is no tablet, troche or nasal spray. Brightmeds operates in 47 states. It does not serve Alabama, Arkansas or Mississippi.

How it works

You start with a short online health intake that Brightmeds says takes a few minutes. When you enter your card, Brightmeds places a temporary hold for the first month rather than a charge. A licensed clinician reviews your intake, usually within 24 hours. If the review runs past five days, the hold may be charged before a decision. Once approved, you get an email pointing you to your patient portal, where the prescribed dose and plan are listed. Read it promptly, because changes must be requested before the order ships. Pharmacies ship new prescriptions within three to eight business days, free, in discreet, unbranded, temperature-safe packaging. Most people have their medication within a week. If you are not approved, the hold is released or the charge refunded within five to ten business days. Brightmeds posts an injection video on its site, and its care team answers questions by secure message, email or phone on weekdays.

Pricing transparency

Sermorelin costs $129 a month, billed monthly, one month at a time, or $1,548 over a full year. Brightmeds says that price covers the medication, the clinical evaluation, clinician follow-up, dosing guidance, ongoing support and standard shipping. It also says there is no membership fee, no lab fee and no separate consultation or prescribing fee. Expedited shipping and optional add-ons cost extra. The page now runs under a fall savings banner, but Brightmeds is explicit that this is not an intro rate: "This isn't a promotional first month that jumps later." Its terms add one catch. The locked price lasts only while your plan stays active, so a cancellation or lapse can cost you the $129 rate. There is no minimum commitment. To skip the next charge, cancel by email or phone at least five business days before your renewal date. Once a month's medication has been compounded or shipped, that charge is generally not refundable. A reminder email arrives before each renewal.

Branded vs compounded

There is no FDA-approved sermorelin on the US market, so Brightmeds' injection is compounded for each patient by a state-licensed sterile pharmacy, and the FDA does not review it before it is dispensed. Brightmeds says this clearly. It also notes that sermorelin is not suitable for everyone and can cause injection-site reactions. Everything you need ships together with step-by-step instructions. What it does not publish is the strength or the vial size. That makes the $129 hard to compare with sellers that state how much sermorelin you get each month.
