FitFlow review
By Nora Vance · Updated October 2026
Low first month, then $200
FitFlow sells sermorelin as a nightly injection and as a dissolving tablet. The headline prices, $175 and $95, cover the first month only; the injection then costs $200 a month and the tablet $120.
Our verdict
FitFlow is an easy online way to try sermorelin as an injection or a tablet, with the consultation and shipping included. Budget for the second month, not the first: the injection rises from $175 to $200 a month, and the tablet from $95 to $120.

What it is
FitFlow is a cash-pay telehealth platform that sells prescription treatments for weight loss, strength, hair growth, mood and anti-aging. Sermorelin sits under anti-aging, in two forms with their own pages. One is an injection, sold with a 5 mL vial holding 10 mg and a home kit. The other is an orally dissolving tablet, or ODT, that melts under the tongue. FitFlow says it does not make or compound any medication itself. Licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies prepare and dispense each prescription.
How it works
Everything happens online. You fill in a health questionnaire, and a licensed provider reviews it in an online visit. FitFlow says it prescribes only if the provider finds sermorelin appropriate. The medication then ships by free expedited delivery. The injection is taken under the skin, typically before bedtime, and the order includes the supplies and instructions. The tablet goes under the tongue before bed and dissolves on its own, with no chewing or swallowing. FitFlow advertises around-the-clock support from its care team and says it has more than 6,000 members. On expectations, FitFlow is measured. It says most patients notice better energy and sleep within the first few weeks, while changes in body composition, skin and muscle tone take three to six months of steady use. It describes a good candidate as an adult with signs of age-related growth hormone decline, such as low energy, poor sleep or lost muscle, and leaves the final call to the provider.
Pricing transparency
Each product card shows one figure with no period beside it, and the period sits in the card's Pricing tab. The injection is $175 for the first month, then $200 a month. The tablet is $95 for the first month, then $120 a month. Both prices cover the medication, the provider consultation and free expedited shipping. FitFlow says the price is the same at every dose, so a dose increase should not raise the bill. You can cancel anytime. A canceled plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, with no refund for unused time. Payment options include major cards and pay-later services, and both products are listed as HSA and FSA eligible. Over a year at the standing rates, the injection comes to about $2,400 and the tablet about $1,440, less the first-month savings.
Branded vs compounded
No FDA-approved sermorelin is sold in the US, so both FitFlow products are compounded to order. FitFlow states plainly that compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and do not undergo FDA review for safety, effectiveness or manufacturing quality. The injection page states its vial: 5 mL holding 10 mg. That lets you work out what a month's supply buys once your provider sets the dose. The tablet page gives no strength per tablet and no tablet count. FitFlow says the tablet offers the same benefits as the injection. The published human research on sermorelin, however, used injections, so treat that claim with care. The pharmacies are not named on either page.
Pros and watch-outs
What we like
- Injection or under-the-tongue tablet
- Injection vial size stated: 10 mg in 5 mL
- Same price at every dose
- Consultation and expedited shipping included
- Cancel anytime; HSA and FSA eligible
- Full refund if a provider finds you ineligible
Watch-outs
- Headline prices are first-month offers
- Injection is $200 a month after the first month
- No strength shown for the tablet
- Orders are final once sent to the pharmacy
- No prorated refund when you cancel
- Pharmacies not named
Best for
Someone who wants to choose between an injection and a needle-free tablet through one online visit, and who values a flat price that does not climb with the dose.
Who should look elsewhere
A buyer who chooses on the advertised price alone. The $175 and $95 figures apply to one month, and the standing rates of $200 and $120 are what a longer course costs.
The evidence behind what FitFlow prescribes
We grade the molecules, not the marketing. Here is what the human data actually shows for each thing on their menu.
- Does sermorelin work? What the trials actually measured
Sermorelin reliably makes your pituitary release growth hormone. Beyond that the evidence is one placebo-controlled trial in 19 adults from 1997 — lean body mass up in men only, nothing in women, and no effect on sleep in either.
- Is Sermorelin FDA-Approved? The Real Answer
Sermorelin was FDA-approved once, under a different name, and that approval is gone. What is sold today is compounded — which is legal, but not the same thing as approved.
- Sermorelin Pills vs. Injections: Price and Evidence Compared
Sermorelin tablets and troches are often priced the same as the injection, sometimes higher, and have never been tested in a human trial. Real prices, seller by seller.
