What it is

Try Ageless is an online clinic for wellness and longevity treatments, based in Newark, Delaware. Its range runs from GLP-1 weight loss and testosterone to NAD+, methylene blue and low-dose naltrexone. Sermorelin comes in three formats. The injection is a 15 mg vial, sold as a one-month supply. The troche is a 600 mcg tablet that dissolves under the tongue, taken once a day, five days a week. The nasal spray is 1000 mcg/mL in a 6 mL bottle, used once a day. Independent licensed clinicians write the prescriptions, and partner pharmacies fill them.

How it works

You choose a format and complete a secure online medical intake. A licensed clinician reviews it and decides whether sermorelin is right for you, and may contact you first if something needs clarifying. Try Ageless says some treatments need baseline or follow-up lab tests, depending on your history. You'll be told during the review if yours does. If you're approved, a partner pharmacy prepares the order and ships it free in discreet packaging, with tracking. If you're not approved, nothing is shipped. Once you're a patient, you get unlimited messaging with your provider. Try Ageless ships only to US locations where its service is available, and doesn't publish a list of states.

Pricing transparency

The listed prices are $176 for a month of the injection, $199 for a month of troches and $199 for a bottle of nasal spray. Each page shows a "Limited Time Offer" with the SERM50 code, taking $50 off: $126, $149 and $149. That discount is for the first order, so plan on the full price after that. Every product page also carries this line: "Exact pricing depends on your prescribed dose. Final amount is shown after clinical review." The injection page's own detail table lists the 15 mg vial at $239 to $289, and elsewhere on the site the injection appears at $189 after a discount. So the $176 is best read as a floor. Shipping is free and Try Ageless says there are no hidden fees. Cancellation is by contacting support, and changes may be limited once an order is approved and ready to ship.

Branded vs compounded

All three formats are compounded by state-licensed pharmacies. Try Ageless notes that compounded products aren't FDA-approved, which is true of all sermorelin sold in the US today. The troche and nasal spray avoid needles, but here they cost more than the injection, not less. The nasal spray page lists its route as "sublingual," which looks like a page error, so confirm how to use it. The pharmacies aren't named. Common side effects listed include headache, flushing, and injection-site or nasal irritation, depending on the format.
