Tonik Wellness is a telehealth hormone clinic. Its main lines are testosterone for men, bioidentical hormones for women and medical weight loss. It also has a longevity menu that includes sermorelin, NAD+, GHK-Cu and Lipo-B. Sermorelin is sold as a single product, a prescription vial of sermorelin acetate, at one monthly price. Tonik itself doesn't practice medicine or run a pharmacy. Independent, Tonik-affiliated providers write the prescriptions, and independent licensed pharmacies fill and ship them. Tonik also franchises clinics, so the brand runs beyond its website. It describes its partner pharmacies as licensed, US-based and vetted, but does not name them. Tonik's product page pitches sermorelin for fat loss, lean muscle, deep sleep, energy, recovery and cellular repair. Treat that list as the seller's claims, not promised results.

How it works

Tonik's process starts with a free consult, where you're matched with a dedicated concierge. You then fill in an intake form and order lab work, so the provider can see where your hormones stand. Next is a call with your Tonik provider to go over your symptoms and lab results. If sermorelin is prescribed, a licensed US pharmacy packages it and ships it to your door. Your concierge stays your point of contact for questions, refills and changes, by portal chat or email. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may carry a fee. Tonik says its care includes concierge support, virtual provider visits and a personalized protocol, with no separate membership charge listed. If a box arrives damaged, wrong or incomplete, email Tonik within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents. A pharmacy or carrier mistake can earn a replacement. A wrong address you entered cannot.

Pricing transparency

Sermorelin is listed at "As low as $140.00 / month," and no other rung, dose ladder or promo rate appears on the page. The big condition sits in Tonik's policies, not on the product page. All medication subscriptions carry a three-month minimum. You can ask to cancel any time, but it only takes effect once the first three months are done, so your first commitment is at least $420. After that, cancellations must be sent in writing, by email or concierge chat. They take effect at the end of the billing period, and Tonik's terms ask for 30 days' notice before the next charge. A refill already sent to the pharmacy is still billed. Medications are final sale, consult and lab-review fees are non-refundable once started, and there are no partial-month refunds. Tonik doesn't take insurance. The site doesn't say what the lab work costs, so ask. At the listed rate, three months is $420, six months $840 and a year $1,680, before labs. Syringes, needles and vials are final sale too. Tonik warns that disputing a charge with your card company for care already given may end your care. If you plan to pay from an HSA, note that Tonik offers only general receipts, not insurance paperwork.

Branded vs compounded

Tonik's sermorelin is a compounded prescription, filled by an independent licensed pharmacy. Like all sermorelin sold in the US today, it isn't FDA-approved. The product photo shows a 15 mg vial of sermorelin acetate. The page doesn't say how much you take, how often, or how long a vial lasts; your provider sets that after reviewing your labs. The "as low as" wording suggests the price may change with the dose you're prescribed, so confirm your monthly figure after the provider call.
