Clume Health review
By Nora Vance · Updated October 2026
Only in an NAD+ program
Clume Health offers sermorelin only as part of its NAD+ and sermorelin longevity program, priced from $159 or $216 a month depending on which page you read. There is no standalone sermorelin plan.
Our verdict
Clume Health is a weight-loss membership first, and sermorelin is a side door. You cannot buy it on its own. It comes inside a cellular-health program shared with NAD+, at a price the site states two different ways. If you want sermorelin alone, at a clear monthly price, look elsewhere.

What it is
Clume Health is a self-pay wellness membership built around GLP-1 weight-loss programs. It runs three programs: Signature for full-dose GLP-1s, Microdose/Maintain for lower doses, and MCO, short for Molecular Cellular Optimization. MCO is the only place sermorelin appears, listed as "NAD+/Semorlin," with the drug's name misspelled. The program is described as support for cellular health and longevity. Clinical care runs through OpenLoop's medical practices, and prescriptions go to partner pharmacies named in the terms. Clume also stresses extras such as webinars, coaching and brand partnerships for members.
How it works
You choose a program, then complete an online intake and medical review. A licensed provider builds a treatment plan and decides what, if anything, to prescribe. Once you are approved, medication usually ships within a few business days. Members get ongoing oversight and care coaching, and the subscription may include a 24/7 patient support line. The MCO card lists oral, nasal and injectable forms for the program as a whole. It does not say which form sermorelin comes in, or whether a member receives both NAD+ and sermorelin or just one. Ask both questions during the review. If you also want a GLP-1, Clume says you can be evaluated for both programs. The program is cash-pay and is not billed to insurance. Some medicines ship refrigerated, and Clume's terms put the job of receiving the package promptly and storing it correctly on you. They also say some medicines may ship in packaging that is not child-resistant, so store them out of reach. Inspect each delivery when it arrives. If something is damaged or wrong, contact support right away, and the pharmacy replaces it.
Pricing transparency
This is where Clume is hardest to read. The program picker says "NAD+/Semorlin starting $216/month on a 12-week plan." The homepage says MCO programs start at $159 a month, with an asterisk and a note about premium member benefits. Neither figure is a month-to-month price for sermorelin, and the two do not agree. The $216 rate also assumes a 12-week commitment. The refund policy is strict. On a monthly plan, canceling earns no refund for the current month. On a plan billed two or more months at once, you are refunded only for months when nothing shipped. Cancellation needs 72 hours' notice before the next billing date, by email to support or through the patient portal. Miss that window and you are charged for one more cycle, with the cancellation taking effect after it. Either way, the program runs to the end of the cycle you paid for. If the $216 rate bills monthly, the 12-week plan works out to about $648, but ask how it is charged before you commit. Clume says the single subscription price can cover live and online consultations, lab services and a 24/7 patient support line, which is worth confirming for MCO. Clume says HSA and FSA cards may work, depending on the provider.
Branded vs compounded
No FDA-approved sermorelin is sold in the US, so any sermorelin Clume prescribes is compounded. The site publishes no sermorelin dose, strength, schedule or route. Its terms name four partner pharmacies, RedRock Pharmacy in Utah, Health Warehouse in Kentucky, Precision Medicine in New York and Triad Rx in Alabama. They do not say which one fills sermorelin, and a prescription may be moved between pharmacies for availability or pricing reasons. Because sermorelin is bundled with NAD+, you cannot tell how much of the program price goes to each drug. That makes Clume impossible to compare on cost with sellers that price sermorelin alone.
Pros and watch-outs
What we like
- Sermorelin and NAD+ in one supervised program
- Ongoing medical oversight and care coaching
- Can combine with a GLP-1 weight-loss program
- HSA/FSA may be accepted
- Full refund if a provider disqualifies you
- Damaged or wrong items replaced by the pharmacy
Watch-outs
- No standalone sermorelin plan
- Two different starting prices for the same program
- The $216 rate needs a 12-week plan
- No sermorelin form, dose or pharmacy stated
- No refund for the current month on cancellation
- Miss the 72-hour cancel window and you pay another cycle
Best for
A Clume weight-loss member, or someone who wants NAD+ and sermorelin together under one program and does not need to price them separately.
Who should look elsewhere
Anyone shopping for sermorelin alone. Clume bundles it with NAD+, prices the bundle two ways and never states what form the sermorelin takes.
The evidence behind what Clume Health prescribes
We grade the molecules, not the marketing. Here is what the human data actually shows for each thing on their menu.
- Does sermorelin work? What the trials actually measured
Sermorelin reliably makes your pituitary release growth hormone. Beyond that the evidence is one placebo-controlled trial in 19 adults from 1997 — lean body mass up in men only, nothing in women, and no effect on sleep in either.
- Is Sermorelin FDA-Approved? The Real Answer
Sermorelin was FDA-approved once, under a different name, and that approval is gone. What is sold today is compounded — which is legal, but not the same thing as approved.

Frequently asked
- Does Clume Health sell sermorelin on its own?
- No. Sermorelin appears only inside the MCO program, listed together with NAD+. The site does not offer a sermorelin-only plan.
- How much is Clume Health's NAD+ and sermorelin program?
- The program page says it starts at $216 a month on a 12-week plan. The homepage says MCO programs start at $159 a month. Ask which figure applies to you before you pay.
- What form is Clume Health sermorelin?
- The site does not say. The MCO program lists oral, nasal and injectable options, but not which applies to sermorelin. Your provider decides.
- Can I take a GLP-1 and sermorelin through Clume Health?
- Clume says you can be evaluated for both. You complete the Signature GLP-1 evaluation first, then return to the home screen and start the cellular optimization evaluation. Each program carries its own price on the program page.
- Can I get a refund if I cancel Clume Health?
- Only in narrow cases. You get a full refund within 72 hours if no services were received, or if a provider disqualifies you. On a monthly plan, the current month is not refunded.
- How do I cancel Clume Health?
- Email patient support or use the patient portal at least 72 hours before your next billing date. Later than that, you are charged for one more cycle. Service continues until the paid cycle ends.
- Which pharmacy fills Clume Health prescriptions?
- Clume names four partner pharmacies: RedRock Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine and Triad Rx. It does not say which one fills sermorelin, and prescriptions can move between them.
